I totally agree with all the reviews on this company. I too ordered the pink bundle of bottles on 24th February, money was debited from my account but nothing has arrived. I emailed customer services and emails bounced back, the contact form I completed but have not had any response. This company needs reporting to trading standards as a scam company and everyone needs to share their experiences on social media so that other people do not have the same experience. Disgusting that they are able to get away with this fraud.
This is without question a SCAM…
Ordered bottle .. did not arrived .. chased for weeks finally got a reply to say it had been delivered .. which it hadn’t. After further delays they told me I’d get a refund within 5 to 7 days .. 5 weeks on.. no refund .. and now not answering messages again.
A simple case of theft .. reported to credit card company ..
I see I’m not alone in my experience .. wish I read the reviews, normally do but on the one occasion I don’t I get scammed.
If I could have given this no stars I would have .

ORDERED on the 2nd of February still not received and no reply to any of the 4 emails I sent them. I am now reporting to my credit card company and trading standards. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. SCAM
No bottle a week later. Today I had a card from Royal Mail saying I have postage of £4.40 to pay due to not being paid by Hydrate.
Purchased this product as a gift after 3 weeks use the plastic seam had a hairline split appear and water leaking over desk at work. Contacted Hydrate support multiple times to which no success as their contact form and support email bounce. Completely disgusted at their level of customer service and ability to sell faulty products and not take responsibility for this.
I’d give no stars if that was an option. This company are a scam, they take your money, you don’t receive the goods and at the same time you can’t contact them through any means. They are a complete waste of money and I wouldn’t recommend for anyone to use them ever !!!

I have not received my order that was placed on 19th October. I have not been able to contact through email, I have sent a Facebook DM and commented on multiple posts to get attention. No one has replied. I want a refund ASAP.
Ordered a bottle from Hydrate, the package arrived with an empty box!? Contacted the customer service e-mail only to have Gmail tell me after four days that the mailbox is full so could not deliver. Contacted them again via the enquiry function on the website and provided my order number. No reply. Be careful. Would never order from them again. D
Scammers! Who ever thought you could be scammed by a water bottle company! Not me but it’s happened! Ordered 2 bottles on September 13th, when I’d heard nothing 2 weeks later I decided to email them. All my emails bounced; like the address didn’t exist. Then I decided to DM them on Instagram; no resolution there. Then I thought I’d comment on their posts about how I hadn’t received anything, hoping for a reply. Instead of replying to any messages, they just kept deleting my comments! If you have time to delete comments you have time to reply to direct messages. I’ve just opened a case with my bank to try and get my money back because this is ridiculous. This is a company happy to take your money and then make it super hard for you to get it back. Scammers!
I like the products but expensive for what they are and I don't think the company is well run at all.
I have made 2 orders one didn't come and I had to chase it up for it to come weeks later. The second order I have made still hasn't come, its been a month and a half, I have contacted them and been told there is a system issue, they said I would be contacted and the item would be sent but a few weeks on and still no contact and nothing sent...not even the delivery fees refunded.
The company is no clear avoid in future for me!
I didn't order anything and I am thankful I didn't.
I was going to buy a decent sized order for friends, family and my staff. There were a few items out of stock and my simple question was when is the store getting more stock.
The contact option on the website will only work if you have an order number.
Both email addresses are invalid and emails bounce back as they don’t exist.
I attempted to reach out on social media.
Facebook messenger - auto response of please email us (the same emails that dont exist)
Instagram - I sent a private message stating that I would not be willing to place an order until I got a human response. I got a response same day offering to help me. I then posed my question about stock and had to wait over a month for a reply.
In the meantime almost all the items I wanted to purchase were out of stock.
What I gleam from this is that the company is popular and short staffed. I don’t blame the staff but I am pleased I had a question to ask in the first place.
As a company who isn’t helpful before you make a purchase will be less helpful after you do and this would not make an enjoyable purchase should anything go wrong.
Received a bottle with blemishes so wanted to return it, but had no reply from the company, all customer service emails are non-deliverable, social media channels are not manned. The only way is to try and claim back on the credit card.
Edited to say: I eventually got a reply on Facebook. Hydrate Bottles are working with me toward resolving the issue.
Just over two weeks after ordering the items. Emails to customer service and no response. Used most forms of social media to contact them no answer and the same with emails
Ordered direct from Hydrate. Still not received after 3 weeks, e-mailed them no response or e-mail comes back as not delivered.
Me and my daughter have bought 5 of the large 2.2 litre bottles between us. 3 steel and 2 plastic, (The plastic ones taste very plasticy) complete with covers and straws.
One bottle arrived with the wrong straw and another bottle arrived with the packaging so badly damaged I’m sure the bottle must be compromised so haven’t attempted to use it. When we tried to contact customer service they are nowhere to be seen! I have sent countless emails through different channels and forms and all of them draw a blank. I will try writing a letter next to see if that gets me anywhere.
I like my bottle but because of the non-communication I’m giving them 1 star in the hopes it will make them up their game.
Steel bottle seems ok. I also bought a cover for it, which is terrible. The quality of this item is extremely poor. The stitching on the handles is nowhere near substantial enough to hold the weight of the bottle when it is full of water. I don’t dare use the handles now. I emailed their customer services and sent photos of the stitching coming undone. Received no response whatsoever. Makes me think that if their cases are that bad, then maybe the bottles aren’t that great either. This company are best avoided as there are cheaper alternatives out there of the same quality.
Ordered plastic one by mistake when I wanted the Steel XL jug - sent back and stupidly didn’t include order reference. Luckily was able to email their support and time of arrival (sent on tracked service) and they were able to match up and refund me with no fuss. Quick responses and the Steel XL is great product
Nice looking bottles. Over the last 18 months I have ordered 5 for myself of gifts. However they are expensive for what they are. 1 cracked and 1 (steel jug) the seal went meaning it is leaking everywhere 2 months after purchase. No response from their CS. Better options on the market
