Company was dishonest and very poor at customer service
We ordered a kitchen from Hygena that included a "hotte" or rangehood.
Problem was we told them the height of our ceiling and they sold us something that was too short!
They are now saying it is our problem because they told us it would be too short. Completely untrue and as if we would have wanted something that wasn't going to fit. We have contacted them and again and again and basically once you have paid them they don't want anything to do with you.
Customer service doesn't seem like something they have heard of or are interested in trying!
Just writing this so others will know how bad Hygena are and hopefully find a more honest and trustworthy company to purchase a kitchen from.
