Hello, your order was dispatched on the 19th August and delivered to you on the 20th August.
Unfortunately, your email sent at 8pm on 22nd August ended up in our SPAM folder and so this was missed by our team the next working day (Friday 23rd August).
Our office and warehouse were closed yesterday due to the national bank holiday, and so the email you sent on 26th August at 4pm was received and responded to this morning when our team returned to work.
