Ordered a pair of fleece-lined trousers Size M according to the company's online size guide.
Trousers received were marked 3XL but were too small for a slim size M.
No refund guidelines online, refund only by request. 3 emails sent stating that the trousers were too small. Answer to third email incomprehensible: "If you want, you only need to pay 10 dollars and we can resend it to you for free. Is that ok?" Three weeks after my initial email I was offered a 15% refund by which time I was so fed up, I accepted. A month later and two and a half months on from my first email this refund has still not been sent.
The trousers weren't even slightly waterproof and have now gone to charity, clearly marked.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Delivery time was longer then told, gloves were garbage and totally misrepresented, asked to return and finally replied with a 15% offer and I said no but I would accept a 50% offer which they agreed but said it would now take 30 days to issue the refund. Still have not received refund and sent yet another request for full refund. DO NOT BUY!

I sure wish I would have read reviews before ordering! Like another lady, I ordered fleece-lined pants in Medium. They sent 3XL! I reached out to them, and they insisted that they sent the right size, that I was wrong--despite the pictures I sent! I asked for a return label. Today's response was an email in an Asian language.

Do not use this company. I ordered fleece trousers. Incorrect size arrived. I tried to return but correspondence went on for days offering discounts. Was then told if I wanted a full refund I would need to pay the £10 shipping fee. Showed them their returns and refund wording which stated if incorrect items had been sent a full refund and shipping fee would be paid. Now waiting for the 50% refund as I’ve decided it is better than nothing.

Purchased Hygosport "indestructible tactical gloves back in December 2025. Gloves arrived and much to my surprise they had a torn seam right out of the box. So much for indestructibility. I have bees trying to get a return label from the company so that I can get a refund. Instead of making good on their product the company has refused to send a return label saying I have to pay to return it to somewhere in China and have not sent me a refund. For the past month of emails back and forth, they have offered me a 15% discount, then 30%, then 40%, then 50%, and lastly 55%. In other words, they refuse to send a full refund for a defective product they sold. I would recommend staying away from purchasing anything from this company. They will send you junk and will m=not make good on it. Save your money and buy from someone reputable.

DO NOT purchase from this company! I ordered TWO of the heated sweatshirts for my daughters for Christmas. It took over a month and a half and I didnt receive it until late Christmas Eve. They did not fit my daughters and my daughters did not want me to reorder so I immediately contacted Hygo and requested a return label for full refund as their policy states items can be returned within 30 days no questions asked. I have sent MULTIPLE emails back and forth for them to respond and only offer me 20% refund and to keep items. I am a single mother who needs my refund and has no use for these new sweatshirts and they continue to refuse to send a return label telling me it would not be cost effective to ship them back. This company is a SCAM!

I ordered heated gloves, but received a cheap, non-heated alternative that doesn't match the description.
​When I asked for a refund, they ignored me. After I pushed, they offered a tiny 15% "compensation" to keep the wrong item. I rejected this as it's a breach of the Consumer Rights Act.
​They have gone silent again. I am now reporting this and starting a bank chargeback. Don't waste your money here.

Another person here, who was delivered, after 3 weeks, a pair of trousers far larger than I ordered. They asked me to send money to have correct size delivered saying I could keep trousers I had, which I don’t want, after this they have offered me partial 15% and 30% refunds . Do not buy from this company. They have my 33 pounds and will not refund.
The trousers are the very same make as ones I later brought from Temu for 8 pounds!

I ordered 2 pairs of the heated gloves. It took about a month for the order to arrive. I received 2 different style of gloves and neither pair is heated. I have tried several times to contact them but have not received a reply from them. I don't recommend this company.

Avoid avoid avoid!! you have been warned!! this company will take so long to deliver the product and it will probably be wrong or the sizing is wrong but then when you email to try and get it changed or a refund or return it they will just simply blank you like you don't exist.

A complete scam. They claim, dishonestly, to have tried to deliver and that the delivery was refused. Then refuse a refund on the grounds of the alleged refusal.

Do not go near.

***Beware* **. Do not order from Hygosport. It’s a scam company. I ordered a heated hoodie and it came without a battery pack pack. I contacted the company to have one sent and was told it does not come with a battery pack. How am I supposed to use a heated hoodie without a battery pack?? I was told I’d have to purchase that separately. This company is a scam. Stay away from them.

Ordered a soccer jersey. It never came after receiving several delivery confirmation messages.

Stolen and scammed an 80 year old lady! She bought 2 pairs of slipper socks for her granddaughter’s Christmas present. They have taken her money, the product never arrived and she’s yet to have any response to her emails asking for a refund. AVOID at all costs, do not do business with this company

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! How I wish I had read reviews before I purchased from their website. While this looks like a legitimate UK set up, they refuse to accept returns despite the website saying this is possible. Instead, a sliding scale of discounts are offered (so far up to 40%] and I have now been told that returning my items will be too expensive for me as it is not to the UK address they were sent from! Emails can take days to be responded to and are in poor English, so this appears to be an overseas importer using a U.K. front. I just want to return the items, but it looks as though there is no legal recourse. Total scam. Steer clear and shop elsewhere.

Shipped to wrong address and blamed it on me (as if I don't know my address) told me I had to contact the shipping company and they would not refund my money. Used a company I had never heard of which created even more issues with the lack of help from UniUni. This company is literally in China not the US. Order at your own risk.

Not as described. Aweful defective product which are not rechargeable gloves at all. terrible customer service and won't abide by their own returns policy. Keep away from this company.

Same as all other reviews, absolute scam. Ordered the gloves and they are not as described, replies when they do come ignore your questions and they offer you a scaling percentage of refund up to 60% and then insist you cover the return postage to China despite the website saying that they will cover it. Not worth arguing any more over a couple of pounds, but do not order from HygoSport.

I ordered heated gloves well before Xmas, They came well after and were not what I ordered. I sent photos to show they'd sent the wrong items. They said they could refund up to 30% and no more and would only refund 100% if I sent them back to China (the website makes it look UK based!) despite the website return policy stating "If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason." I have sent this but they are now not responding. Incredibly poor service and products. I doubt I'll get any money back and the gloves are useless, not even comfortable.
