pricey but cheap quality,probably recycled plastic ,travel bag
On 14-03-2026 i have purchased an Hynes eagle travel weeled backpack,expecting to have it delivered as stated by the 30-03-26 and received it after some delay through Amazon only to be totally disappointed by the appalling quality of the product.
As an off the beaten track frequent traveller it took me a very brief inspection of the weeled travelbag to come to the conclusion that it was probably made of recycled plastic,not exactelly durable and probably made just for office work certainly not for long haul travelling as i needed it for.But,if this was not enough,as i contacted hynes eagle for a refund, what stroke me worse was the mocking tone of its customer service when i mentioned that the process of returning this poor quality product would have implied waste of precious time on easter sunday,the only day before the expiry of the return deadline,which delayed my meeting up with my family for the easter celebration.If you need a durable travel bag of good quality material I would not go near this company's products especially if you value your time and have priorities that sounds redundant to this company's customer service
