Same here, victim of the UGG Sneaker trick. Unfortunately, ordered in a rush the sneakers here, without realizing that they are fake. Be careful! Don't order! If you have done so, raise a case with PayPal or your credit card company!

SCAMERS WITH FAKE CONTACT NUMBER. I bought a "Chromecast" and I received a “TV mirroring device” which is not the same thing. Besides that it has a defect. The image of the mirroring is full with glitches (blue lines jumping) as the image attached on my previous email. Besides that the quality of the product is really poor. It took around 1 month to be delivered. I am trying to return it, I wrote already 4 emails over 2 weeks and they don't reply. I called the number available in the website and it doesn't exist. I spent €39.95 for nothing. Don't buy from this company!

I ordered a 30 TB hard drive but I never couldnt use , it’s not working i ask help but they told me that is not responsable and probably damage . I sent a message to exchange or refund but no news, it's a scam, be careful to avoid!!!

They don’t reply to customer inquiries and their contact number and email are not working for follow up! Extremely poor and disappointing service! Nothing but a scam and should be taken off google platform!

The delivery time was excessively long. The product has not good quality which was iPhone 15 Pro Max metallic case. so I decided to return the product

After a long wait, they offered an options: keep the item for myself or give it to someone else, with only a 20% refund. I immediately refused their offer and reiterated my request for a full refund.

Additionally, I expressed my concerns about irregularities in their company details.
- The Chamber of Commerce registration number they provided (#75166619) does not comply with the Dutch format
- The customer service phone number they listed (+31647711243) is incorrect.

This lack of transparency is concerning and does not comply with legal requirements.

Under Dutch law, specifically the European Consumer Rights Directive, consumers are entitled to a full refund if a product does not match the agreed-upon description, is defective, or does not conform to the contract terms.

The company does not respect consumer protection laws or business transparency and they finally disappeared. I am now legally
escalating the situations to exercise my rights.

Do not but a 16TB disk here!
The product i bought should be a 16TB disk for use with the computer. The problem is that this product is a scam and does NOT contain a 16 TB disk but looks like it and says it is when connected.

They didn’t deliver exactly what I ordered! Delivery time was extremely long! The response by email are standard answers not really customer oriented!

Do not ever purchase anything from them.

Very poor quality to price ratio. E-mailing them on weekly base since Christmas trying to return the product. Today I received the return label: return address in China, if not received properly in China, I'll get no refund.

It's a mess, don't order!
