Terrible customer service
I do not understand the hype around this company, especially around their 'amazing' customer service.
I chose this company based on its fantastic Trust Pilot reviews and comments about how great their customer service is, but the experience was appalling.
After spending close to an hour carefully selecting my chosen tile samples the online ordering process told me it would cost almost £25 to deliver them, plus £2 a piece for each tile sample -- that's £35 for 4 small tile samples -- despite their website explicitly stating that up to 5 tile samples can be ordered free of charge and that postage for tile samples is from £4.99.
I called to speak to them, hoping that they could take my order over the phone instead and they were extremely rude and unhelpful -- the young man I spoke to just kept saying "yeah, well, £25 is the delivery cost if you want to order tile samples. Yeah, yeah.. well whatever it says on the website must be wrong".
What kind of way is this to run a business?! I will not be bothering to place an order with them if they can't be bothered to provide decent customer service and correct advertising on their own website.

Thanks to your feedback, we realised our sample information page was outdated and did not accurately reflect our current shipping tiers. We have now updated the website to ensure our delivery pricing is completely clear. As a small independent business, we incur direct courier charges for safely packaging and shipping these items, and I hope you can appreciate that we simply cannot absorb these costs entirely for free. However, to support our customers, we do refund any sample postage costs against your future full orders.
I am also sorry that your phone call with us left such a poor impression. We pride ourselves on our customer service, and I apologise that we fell short of our usual high standards during that conversation. I will be reviewing this with the team to ensure we communicate much better in the future.
Because our website was unclear at the time of your visit, I would still like to honor the terms you originally saw. If you are still looking for these tiles, please email me directly at richard@hyperiontiles.com and I will personally arrange to have your chosen samples sent to you free of charge.

Excellent quality and service. A great choice of tiles. I was ordering online so was a little unsure of actual colours but the team were extremely helpful, making the whole experience less stressful and more enjoyable. A big thankyou to Brandon for his help with the delivery.

Tile sample was too small to see the 3D pattern. Contact them if you need a larger size and they will assist.
