Excellent service
I’m local enough to have visited the the Ascot shop a few weeks ago. Staff were helpful, knowledgeable and patient as I looked at all sorts of combinations and ideas (they have a lot of stock). Subsequently ordering online when bathroom fitter was ready was easy, and delivery arrived in just 2 days

Great customer service
We were sttempting to match some expensive tiles with artwork. Two instances of the artwork existed, but they sent the wrong one (we'd ordered the artwork which matched - but they were very similar!) Brandon went above and beyond to find the matching artwork and supply it. Packaging was superb for the delivery. Great customer service; the type you used to expect! Thoroughly recommend them.
