Still awaiting my refund of £155 after…
Still awaiting my refund of £155 after returning my order a month after it was returned (For IAF order no is 6192632). Also their admin team seem to think that I accepted the order even after I have emailed numerous times and had responses from IAF (not very nice emails!) to explain why I returned the goods so the company are well aware that it was returned but I have been told to just 'be patient' from them. Rubbish customer service!

And after I been told that actually they will send just one item without asking me if I do agree it or not.
And now still waiting for de refund as they sent it already so I need to wait when this it’s going back to warehouse
