Extremely Rude Customer Service
Extremely Rude Customer Service Employee (Donna).
After emailing Iain Henderson Designs in January for a simple enquiry for a bespoke ring to be made, I waited almost 2 weeks for a response, which eventually came back from an employee named Donna.
After following up and explaining the delay in getting back was not ideal, I started to receive quite snarky comments in Donna's responses.
Quote:
'I’m not so sure why you would like to use our services as you were disappointed with us'
'our workload of clients has more than doubled since you emailed us in January so we are doing very well thank you.'
Disappointing someone is there to really not take your comments onboard and has no interest at all in improving or providing a better service to you.
I would advise going elsewhere especially in the jewellery industry where customer service is usually the very best.
