PRODUCT NEVER DELIVERED

PRODUCT NEVER DELIVERED, GHOSTED UPON REFUND CLAIM

I ordered on the 2nd of October 2024, it’s now the 11th of December and my product has not been delivered.
While Sysiphe answered my early requests asking for more time due to supplier issues, they remained vague about actual delivery times. After over a month of delay, I asked for a refund, which I got no reply to and have since been ghosted. Terrible practice from a sketchy shop.
