Problem with Heat Pump
There are several companies that install Heat Pumps these days, but there doesn't seen to be many that service them or fix problems, and those that do charge a lot of money to do it compared to standard heating systems (which is something they don't tell you when they are pushing the switch to Heat Pumps. We had a problem with our heat pump and we called Ian Lewis plumbing (Dumfries). They came out promptly and although the didn't fix it on the first visit they made some adjustments to eliminate likely causes, and came out again and fixed the issue at what I consider a reasonable cost. Heat pumps are far more complicated than your average heating system, but their engineer was knowledgeable about our system, and fixed the issue. I would certainly recommend the company for any plumping needs you have.
