My experience with IB Better tutoring so far has been excellent. They were extremely quick to pair me up with a highly qualified tutor who was able to get straight to the heart of the issues I was having in IB Physics. My marks improved immediately and I am very impressed with the tutor’s knowledge of the curriculum and ability to explain theories in a manner I understand.

It has helped me so much and it is free, thanks to the hacks and the exam secrets I know what subtopics are more important and what are the most common questions in paper 1 and paper 2 of each topic. It's great!

A lot of the diagrams required for the course were absent. For example, a sperm and egg cell.

I like the course a lot it's easy to follow and structured well. As great as the multiple choice questions are I wish there were some paper 2 and 3 questions available with answers/feedback also.

It is a well-structured web page that considerably relieves my workload in Biology ! Explanations are clear and provide me with everything necessary to perform well in the exams.

This last year of Dp program has been less difficult for me in learning my courses mainly in biology and chemistry because of the online courses of Ib better.
The big advantage for me is the way videos are structured. It allowed me not to sprawl in my reviews but especially to learn only what is important. The videos in addition to being based on the syllabus are very attractive giving more the desire to learn.
If I can suggest something will be to add the videos of the courses (options) for the paper 3.

IB Better really helped me focus my areas which I struggled with and allowed me to focus to improve the skills necessary to succeed in biology. Accessing the skills outside of my usual classroom environment really allowed me to understand the deeper significance of the content and helped me understand the purpose of the contextual knowledge of the course.

IB Better has been tutoring my children in middle school and high school Science for 2 years, Tutor Joachim is very knowledgeable but more importantly he is a pro at communicating with children and knows how to break down abstract concepts for them. Joachim's empathy for his students stems from his having gone thru the IB system a few short years ago. My children are very happy with him, and so are we. In spite of his busy medical school schedule Joachim has never been late for a session, and always takes the time to ensure that my children fully understand their lessons before signing off. Thanks to Joachim both my children excel in Science and love the subject.

In addition to teaching Science Joachim is also really good at teaching effective study methods and habits, he totally "gets" teens and their struggles at school. My husband and I highly recommend IB Better.
