A very thorough inspection
I came in, from recommendation from a friend, asking for help identifying the problem I was having with my laptop not turning on properly the day before. He even replaced the battery to see if this was the problem. I think he did a very thorough inspection, and showed me everything as he went along.
We had a very nice conversation, and his English was not bad. Overall, I had a very nice experience.
