Yes, is the worst company ever!!! I worked and they didn't pay me yet for a shift on 5th october2024.
They are not reliable at all.
Be very careful when you register with them! Very odd things happen...

The agency is a "no go zone" for any aspiring jobseeker. From compliance to consultants is just a bunch of time wasters. Bureaucracy and incompetency is just another factor. Took me 4 months and some weeks just to get complied even though every single bit of the requested documents and certificates were submitted from day one. The complaints are either they are changing system or such and such left the agency. Even after the 4 months something which took me to get complied, it took another 3 weeks just to get someone from the office to ask who actually is my consultant. After getting complied and locating who my consultant was, I was only to be told that "Oh! sorry, we don't have any available job in your area"... I wouldn't recommend this kind of agency even to my worse enemy.

Hi all,registration taken 2 months pushing and insisting calls to complete registration,when been done Zaheer the consultant doesnt answer to my calls and lies about acomodation and still need it thing to go in Scotland for work!they get many files of nurses but no work offer on the end!lies and not relyable!not recomanded!guys be carefully to who you get registered coz they use your file only!its a no no for me !

I've been working for icare for the past several weeks, and I haven't looked back. the joining process was smooth with great communication. the process for booking shifts is very simple and stress free. I've been loving working in different environments and for the first time in a long time, I'm really loving nursing again. no two days are the same, I love going to different care homes and working in diverse environments. the rates of pay are very generous (although I'm worth it 😄) and this allows me to work a little less and spend more time with my family.

I can't thank the staff at icare24 enough, I feel I have the work life balance I've always wanted. I wish I had joined sooner and I genuinely believe this is a job for life for me.
