It is easy to deposit money and play BUT the KYC verification they make you go through for withdrawals is impossible. They will ask for particular bank statements that you’ll need to obtain from the bank plus a picture of you holding your visa debit card (covering 4 of the numbers). In short they make it impossible for you to withdraw your winnings over a certain amount. Don’t even bother with customer service, it is prominent that English is not their first language - this leads to ALOT of misunderstandings and confusion making it absolutely frustrating to get help.

It's a Scam .They will Never let you withdraw any amount n Always asked for deposit..even after deposit they did not let me withdrawal. An saying lose some amount n deposit X amount. This ice casino is a scam... for one past they still unverified my account. When all the documents I pass to them including my selfie. My bank account, my government I.d. and still they are asking for the same documents when you have sent to them 4 times done but still they delete the documents and ask for it again... when you send it to them they just said on review, then they delete it then ask to you again... they are a f...k scammer I have been withdrawing my 52k pesos they cannot pay it, I have my money for 62k pesos.. but still they won't give your withdrawal... how come this kind of egames existted.. hopping this people will be punished by law...

 I have not created any other account with you.  I have only had the account saxxxxxxxx where all my identification proofs are also uploaded to.

When I created that profile I had an issue with adding my phone number to it, which I couldn't understand at all. Therefore, I contact your support and ask how it could be.  Your support informed me that they could indicate that the phone number was already used,  I Said that  sounds strange as I only first now used my number to create my saga profile.  Your support department informs me that they will make a note about it and also send a message to the appropriate department dealing with it.  In addition, I actually also ask support that my number should be deleted if it appears on someone else's profile.  Finally, your support department guides me to continue creating my profile, I must continue without registering my phone number.  Which I then do at your command and guidance.

 I deposit money into this account and win money.  And now you refuse to give me my money because I had to have more accounts.  It is deeply illegal what you are doing, as I can document my conversations with you, I have saved them. You steal my money and you blackmail me on top of that and you deny that you made a mistake and try to shift the blame onto me.  You even choose to close/block my account without informing me.

 I am giving you the last change now to correct your mistake you have made by taking my money, closing my account, even you have been well aware that I have contacted you from the beginning and asked about the issue With my phone number and I can document the conversation where you guide me to continue creating an account.
