Thank you for your review.

I am really sorry for the delay in getting back to you, we have been investigating this with the branch.

We have two Ebbsfleet branches listed on our click and collect site - Ebbsfleet and Ebbsfleet Station. Ebbsfleet Station is closed on Sundays from December but unfortunately this hadn't been amended on the voucher. Our web team have now updated this on our website to make sure the correct information is displayed.

We do appreciate all feedback as we are always looking for ways we can improve the customer journey. However, I do apologise for the inconvenience this caused and hope you will consider using us again for future trips.

We are sorry that you were not happy with our service. It does say on the website to obtain the best rate on Euros or US Dollars you will need to print off the voucher, otherwise it will be whatever the standard rate of the day is that the particular branch you have used. Bearing this in mind, we hope that you will use us again in the future.
