I think that a mistake was made and that my currency was miscounted.

Absolutely dreadful
Absolutely dreadful. I reserved online and when I got to shop they asked me for the reserved $2,700 to be paid in CASH! Totally wasted my time and train fare.

Good counter service by staff but...
...disappointing to find that I hadn't 'ordered/locked in' my exchange rate. This key piece of information should appear in big red letters on your website, e.g. "Warning - you are not ordering currency so the exchange rate may differ at time of collection"
Re. your reply below. The voucher did not list the exchange rate, I had to print a screen grab to show this. As I collected the same afternoon I actually did get the rate shown on screen. I'm merely pointing out that what you have set out below is by no means clear on your website and it annoys me to think that your process means I could think I'm getting a certain rate when I download a voucher at 9am then jog along to your store at lunch time to find out it's different.

Thank you for your review and I’m sorry to hear you weren’t happy with the rate you received. If it’s helpful, I’d like to give you some information about how our click and collect rates work.
The exchange rate listed on your voucher is based on the day’s rate for your selected store. Our stores update their click and collect rate daily before 10.30am, so unless you collect your currency on the same day that you download the voucher we can’t guarantee the rate you receive will be exactly the same.
Usually – if you pick up within 24 hours – the exchange rate will not vary dramatically from those seen online, as rates will only change in line with the financial exchange markets.
If you’d like the certainty of knowing exactly the rate you’ll receive, I’d recommend downloading the voucher just before you are about to use it in-store - it’s really quick to download it to your phone and you can use it instantly.
I hope this is helpful for the future and that we’ll see you at an ICE branch soon.

Quick courteous service and we got a good enough rate when we handed over the coupon - someone else enquired about euros and he was getting a lower rate as he had not downloaded the form beforehand.
