We're really sorry to hear you weren't happy with the denominations received in your order, our dispatch team try to give a good mix of notes when sending out currency.
For future orders, if you have a specific request please give us a call after placing your order and we can request the denominations that you prefer. Alternatively you can place your order over the phone with our customer services team on 0330 123 1432 and they can allocate specific denominations for you.
