Great service
Great service. Ordered some US dollars a day before travelling, no payment just reserving cash and no obligation to pick up if you change your mind. I went into their branch in Victoria nearest the foot of escalators (other branch nearest the tube entrances left me initially entirely put off as they were quite put out I’d disturbed their conversations - terrible customer service) and showed them the email voucher I was sent and got a rate 2 points better than their walk in rate that’s was 2 points better than their walk-in rate. Well worth the reserving cash...just steer away from the branch closer to the tube entrances as Victoria!

Thank you for your review and I’m sorry to hear you weren’t happy with the rate you received. If it’s helpful, I’d like to give you some information about how our click and collect rates work.
The exchange rate listed on your voucher is based on the day’s rate for your selected store. Our stores update their click and collect rate daily before 10.30am, so unless you collect your currency on the same day that you download the voucher we can’t guarantee the rate you receive will be exactly the same.
Usually – if you pick up within 24 hours – the exchange rate will not vary dramatically from those seen online, as rates will only change in line with the financial exchange markets.
If you’d like the certainty of knowing exactly the rate you’ll receive, I’d recommend downloading the voucher just before you are about to use it in-store - it’s really quick to download it to your phone and you can use it instantly.
I hope this is helpful for the future and that we’ll see you at an ICE branch soon.

We are sorry for the confusion over the rate. The rate you see online for click and collect is an indication rate only and it does say that the rate may differ when you actually pick the currency up on the page when you first go on the click and collect section.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and if you use this service again may we suggest perhaps calling the branch first to check their click and collect rate before you take the time and trouble to actually go there.

Great experience. ICE came up as one of the best currency exchanges which was also confirmed by the reviews. Had a problem getting my voucher but rang customer service who happily sorted this out for me. Went and picked up my money the next day. Great service very easy and efficient, with good discounts. Will definitely use again.
