I placed an order months ago still have not received any product that I paid over $500 for. Their phone number is no longer in service. I did get an email weeks ago saying they were having email issues but still have not got my product or a refund. I’m a small tiny business that can’t afford to take this kind of hit. I certainly don’t like to leave bad reviews but I don’t know what else to do. I can’t get anyone to respond to me. So unfair to do this to people. If you can’t fulfill an order don’t take peoples money. It’s simple

I found Icewrap when I was trying to find alternative for Google Suite, I went to their website and tried to "get started". Few days later, Icewrap refuses to create demo/trial for customer without any reasons.

I ordered a shoulder ice wrap for my daughter who is having impending surgery. I needed it quickly, so ordered it for a second-day air delivery. I received a personal phone call to make sure I knew exactly when to expect it. When the USPS accidently picked up my package that was slated for UPS 2nd-Day delivery, they noticed the mix-up and immediately sent me another one with a new tracking number so that I would get the ice pack on time. It arrived exactly as advertised. Would highly recommend!!!

I recently had knee replacement surgery and ordered the double knee ice wrap for icing after my physical therapy exercises. The website wasn't working, so I had to call to place my order. The gentleman I spoke with was very courteous and helpful. I received my order within two days and the materials used for the wrap and bags seem to be of good quality.

Unfortunately, I wanted to store the bags in my freezer with an alcohol / ice mixture for quick use, but the instructions indicated the bags should not be kept in the freezer. This means that every time I want to use them, I have to refill them with the ice/water mixture. The bags are also a bit bulky, and they can slip out of the openings in the wrap. Perhaps, the double knee ice wrap is more useful to those who don't mind refilling the bags for each use.

Overall, my experience with this company was professional, pleasant and the shipping was fast. It just turned out that the double knee ice wrap was not the best product for my particular needs. I understand that I can return the product for a full refund (within 30 days), but haven't taken the time to do so.

large wrap goes about half-way around a knee. I've been using them for a few weeks now and I'm very pleased with the wraps and the gel packs. Like that I received longer velcro straps to use on a shoulder.

These guys are great. I will be ordering from them again.
