Tony Zheng scammers sunglasses
I informed my Bank NatWest. I continually replied to the so called website that Tony Zheng trades under. All UK names. I told them they are scammers and I have details on Tony Zheng and his business and his address. Plus it's all on the parcel which I then sent pics of to prove it. I have now got my refund. I told them the fraud team had all his details and premises address. Got my money back in full after being suggested I take a percentage. No way . Plus a pair of free sunglasses which I actually didn't order. Funny how life goes
Scam
Same as everyone else, scammers. Sending plastic glasses and not refunding me, offering me a percentage of what I'd paid.
Has anyone manged to getbtheor money back?
I'm looking into how to report to Chinese authorities..
Ordred 2 bottles of Chloe Narcisse…
## UPDATE - MONEY REFUNDED ##
I rang Yorkshire Bank and explained the situation. They requested emails between myself & scam company Ichingliu. They've looked into it and had the money returned from Tony Zhengs bank account and back into my account. Thank you Yorkshire Bank!!
*** If you're reading this and have also been scammed by Tony Zheng - ie: bought something from a company and had a pair of fake sunglasses sent instead of what you actually ordered, please contact your bank. I got my money bank by one phone call to my bank and forwarding the emails of contact between myself and Ichingliu/Tony Zheng company. Took about 10 minutes and within 28 days had the money back in my account.
Original Post- Ordred 2 bottles of Chloe Narcisse perfume and received 2 pair of fake Ray-Ban sunglasses. The company that's showing on my bank statement is HK Hongda Clothing, which is linked to Tony Zheng. There's been numerous communications between myself and info @servicevmails with them declaring how sorry they are and asking me to keep the fake Ray-Ban sunglasses that i didn't order OR telling me I have to pay to return the glasses, pay for postage and they'll refund. After reading through alot of the reviews on here with near enough the same problem, surely there's something that can be done about this thieving company?
Same crap!
Same crap!
Paid 37 euro for a kettle from redmondheating.co.uk and got a pair of cheap 'Rayban' sunglasses instead. Sent from Tony Zheng in Shanghai. What a scammer. Will be investigating further. People, be aware.
CRIMINAL SCUM! SCAMMERS!
I ordered an outdoor LED light for £32 from the voweddings.co.uk and a long time later they sent me two pairs of plastic sunglasses! The name on it was Tony Zheng and it turned out to be part of
Ichingliu who are renowned for this.
The voweddings.co.uk site has now disappeared, funnily enough! If they had a UK-based company registered with Companies House I'd pursue this through the small claims court: I successfully did that with those other notorious scammers, Ying Lian. With seemingly no UK-based entity registered with companies house, it seems there's nothing I can do about this one. Criminal scum.
Same scam
Same scam. I purhased a coat in timmerman sports.de. 42 euros stolen. I received the plastic sunglasses from Tony zheng, same address mentiones below.

I ordered an outside light from this company at the beginning of December. Today two pairs of the cheapest crappiest plastic sunglasses turned up instead. I am going to struggle to fix these to the outside of my house!! terrible company.
Tony Zheng sunglasses of China...
Just about exactly as the Reviewer Sept2020, same “Tony Zheng” of same address in China. The 2 pairs of sunglasses arrived via Royal Mail today. Never ordered anything from him or a company and certainly not sun glasses... I’ve been following a SHOP email for about 2 week’s showing their progress, thinking to myself as to what I had ordered as a present (no link shown to describe contents). I shall keep to one side in case of any communication but customs declaration showed “less than £10.00” so I won’t waste my time.

Just had the same bad experience as others via website TheRiverFront.org.uk
Same man (scammer) as below and same fake sunglasses sent.
I had been in touch with their customer service and refund team asking to cancel my order, but they said I was unable to until I had received the item. I’m now going to hound them for a refund but doubt I’ll get anything.

Bought an item £33 from gurkha-cottage.co.uk. The layout of the site and the cost of items is the same as on Ichingliu. Realised it was a scam and tried unsuccessfully to cancel the order. Three weeks later the plastic sunglasses arrived.

Ordered a computer keyboard from this company's website.
What arrived was a package containing 2 pairs of sunglasses.
Goods apparently sent from Tony Zheng, No 666 Gao Guang Road, Xu Jing Town, Shanghai. Googling that name and address brings up numerous similar scam reports.
Have contacted the "Replace & Support" contact email: support-at-servcustomers.com
But have not received a satisfactory response.
This appears to be the same scam as others on this site and elsewhere e.g. see review of movil-on
