extremely disappointed and frustrated with both the printer and the services
I purchased and received the printer on 2/4/2026 and, starting the day after I received it, I spent an entire week working on a project that required white ink printing. I used up the entire white toner cartridge that came with the printer while struggling to achieve the print quality I needed. During that time, I contacted your support team for assistance, but I did not receive any meaningful help.
Both the support and sales teams consistently responded that they could not guarantee the results because I was not using paper provided by your company, which was not helpful at all.
I then ordered two additional white toner cartridges for replacement and received them today. However, after installing both new cartridges, the printer failed to recognize them and displayed a “replacement required” message. The print quality continues to be extremely poor. I contacted your support team again, only to receive an irrelevant response asking me to check whether the toner cartridge was installed in the correct slot.
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with both the printer and the toner performance. If anyone is considering purchasing this printer, I feel it is important to share my experience regarding the product quality and the level of customer service I have received.
