While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Slower than snail and weaker than weak

How can absolute sh#te like this be allowed? The Internet on the train has never worked, yet I bet they have signed a multi-million pound contract with thameslink to "in theory" have Internet on their trains. Cr#p partnerships like this is why train fares are so expensive and the experi3nce is so dismal. Give your heads a wobble

I take the 757 Green Line bus daily…

I take the 757 Green Line bus daily from Luton to London and back. The Icomera WiFi doesn't work at all half the time. And when it does, it sometimes cuts out after 5 or 10 minutes. It never works longer than half hour, and you have to be lucky to get that long.

Icomera - WiFi service on EMR very seldom works - complacent CEO, asleep at the wheel

Icomera is the WiFI provider on certain EMR routes. It invariably never works. If you complain to EMR staff they will you that however bad the WiFI is on other EMR services, the Icomera service is the pits (true). I have complained to Icomera senior management, including the CEO, who tell me that is a wonderful service - nonsense. Why does the woeful EMR management put up with this? Truly awful service.
