The Iconic Paw portrait of Benny turned out really great! It made a perfect Christmas present and was by far my son’s favorite gift! The company was prompt and kept me informed on the progress. I was able to review the design prior to the final product being completed and sent.

I was expecting the portrait to arrive later than Christmas because of how late I ordered it, but it arrived sooner than expected. I got the 12x18 dimension portrait which ended up being odd in proportion, but it still turned out great. Since it’s digitally created, there is some pixelation when you look at it closely, but overall I am pleased with how the portrait came out.

This is my second order with Iconic Paw. The first time was amazing (fast, quality, etc)! We love our portraits. I wish I could review our second order but it’s not here. I ordered it nearly a month ago. Two days after the first order and was told it was “lost in transit.” Post office says they never received it. When I reached out because this is a gift for xmas, I was told a new one was being made and would ship out. No one was concerned with the delay. When I asked about how long, the question was avoided. A weak apology. Nothing else. I get mistakes are made but customer service was subpar. Still waiting.

The preview of the portrait seemed great but when we received it, the whole canvas was pixelated and blurry. We ordered one a few years ago and the quality - was great but unfortunately this one we can’t even hang up near it bc the image is so low quality.
