They contacted me to make sure what I wanted was indeed what I wanted and when I had ordered too much they let me change my order to an appropriate amount. Excellent service and fast service. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately I did not use the photos because they have arrived too late (I should have ordered them sooner). I ended up photographing my child in an place that charged triple the price and the quality was clearly worse than the pictures from idbild! I highly recommend them, just order well in advance.

Hi. Thanks for the review. Happy to hear you liked the photos even though you did not use them. Yes, as stated on the website you need to allow 3-4 business days for the order to arrive. If you need them before that we recommend a local store even if it’s more expensive.
