Very disappointing!! ordered 150 wristbands for company party, they arrived with our lovely logo but no text. the week before i also did not recieve any email confirmation. called them up, asked for invoice to be sent. again no emails came through checked Spam. i called up to discuss what went wrong, they talked me through reordering and during that process the BLIP! in their system showed up! they even admitted yes on that one product there was an issue. our IT team have now recitifed it, but still they insisted that it was my fault, I even spoke to a supervisor/Manager called Sophie. the most she would offer was a 10% discount! I even offered to pay the postage if they would replace the wrist bands. What an awful experience all for the sake of £24.

Having reviewed the order, we can see that the artwork submitted contained your logo only and did not include any text. As all custom wristbands are produced directly from the artwork provided, we printed the design exactly as it was uploaded. Our artwork checks are limited to ensuring designs are suitable for production, and we do not make changes to customer-submitted artwork.
We also investigated the email concerns raised and found that both the order confirmation and invoice were successfully sent from our system, but were not accepted by the receiving email server. As we were not aware of any issues during the ordering process, we were only able to investigate once contacted.
We appreciate that this was frustrating, especially with the wristbands being for a company event. While the order was produced and delivered on time as submitted, the discount offered was intended as a gesture of goodwill. Should you choose to order with ID&C again in the future, you're very welcome to contact our team before placing your order. We'd be happy to help guide you through the process, ensure you're completely satisfied with the design, and provide a discount on your next order.

Time sensitive delivery was late so was of no use. Only a 10% refund offered for a project where company was only chosen for their ability to deliver on time. Never again!

I am writing to provide feedback on the recent batch of lanyards we received, as requested. Unfortunately, the quality does not meet the standard of previous orders we have placed with yourselves.
In particular, the stitching around the fastening appears to be of poor quality. It is rough and uncomfortable, making the lanyards quite itchy when worn around the neck. Additionally, some of the lanyards do not lay flat against the body, which affects both their appearance and overall usability.
Given our positive experience with your products in the past, this decline in quality is disappointing. We would appreciate it if you could look into this issue and advise on how it can be resolved, whether through replacement, refund, or improvements in future orders.
We value our working relationship and hope this matter can be addressed promptly.

Repeat Orders, Completely Different Product
We’ve ordered the same branded lanyards multiple times, expecting consistency, but have now received three clearly different shades across separate batches.
Our latest order was placed as a direct repeat of the original 2023 batch, which our customer approved. Despite this, the colour supplied is significantly different and not usable for our customer.
The supplier’s response has been to rely on Pantone tolerances, despite the differences being obvious and well beyond a minor variation. No meaningful resolution or support has been offered.
Overall, very disappointing. A repeat order should not result in a completely different product.

Spot on service and product
I ordered 200 wristbands for our Church youth work on the 12th of September, and by the Evening of 19th they were being handed out to the kids and teenagers. From start to finish these guys have been brill, and one of the cheaper suppliers I found as well.
Communication has been spot on, and the quality of the wristbands is also brill.
