Ideal Glass and Glazing installed a showerscreen and two mirrors for us - communication was great, installation super efficient and exactly what we ask for. Can't recommend them enough and would use again.

We had a glass balustrade designed and fitted by IGG, completely transforming the look of our dated staircase. The workmanship was excellent but we were very disappointed with the amount of DIY we were left to complete ourselves. Rather than spending a third of the cost on IGG removing the old balustrade and still being left with quite a bit of DIY to do, we should have attemtped the removal ourselves. What is the point in spending so much money when you are left to do the repair work anyway? Although we found both Emma and Christian to be very acommodating when arranging appointments and payments, we were very disappointed with the attention to detail and sadly found the service unreliable at times. Having said all this, we are truly delighted with the finished look or our new staircase! Excellent job.

We are saddened that you feel disappointed.
We first came to measure your balustrade in July 2017 and we discussed designs and work that needed to be completed before we could fit any glass for you.
We were then invited to come back and measure up again during the November 2017 at zero cost, which was 5 months later and none of the work we suggested needed to be done was completed at this date. We again discussed your design and we agreed on the finished product you wished to have installed. We advised you we are not professionals in carpentry or painting and decorating and we informed you of the work which needed to be completed before we could begin preparing your order. We agreed we would remove the old balustrade on the condition that you would do the DIY. We are a bit confused at your comments about the DIY.
We came to site and removed the old banister, fitted the glass fittings to produce your templates. You were left to complete any filling and painting required prior to our return visit to fit your glass.
We returned to site with your glass over two further visits due to a small oversight on one panel which required sandblasting and all pieces fitted perfectly and looks amazing!
We apologise if we were misunderstood about which work we could carry out on your behalf and hope that you enjoy your new glass balustrade.

A delight!!
They are great. Emma is particularly helpful. Quality is good but sometimes programme suffers which is something they can improve upon. However, if you build in some float that never tends to be an issue.
