Idealworld.tv present a product called… fortus toothbrush ( lab life)
Idealworld.tv present a product called fortus toothbrush, the product is absolute terrible and breaks after 2 to 3 months and company do not provide life time warranty. My request to everyone who watches idealworld.tv, the claim they make are false and even the two sisters they bring on who apparently own lab life are making false claims on the fortus tooth brush. This is a complete scam and my advice is to avoid at all cost. I'm writing this review as I purchased the fortus brush and the brush heads broke after 3 months. Please read reviews on trust pilot where the product and company have been rated 1.5 or less. Idealworld.tv should be ashamed of scaming hardworking people of there money and selling this type of product.

And there hasn’t been a spelling reform in the British English dictionaries since 1895 (1895).. why are you using anerican spelling? ie: “ENERGIZED” this is really sad… and sends the wrong message to children…

Cannot believe the absolute complete mess. Ideal world is now. Explained it Explained it. So fed to say the least. You either don't get a reply or an ai reply. Or if you do get a reply. Someone just wants to say something so ask you to repeat what you have already said. So disappointed so frustrated. Complete mess. Now someone say can't find account. Been a long standing loyal customer for over 15 years. Beyond a joke. If you say to me to repeat it all over. Again. I expect that some IA. Reply. You. Still didn't answer what l said. We have investigated your query and reviewed the emails you sent to us. As previously advised, we have introduced new payment options on our website, and FlexiPay is now available for phone orders only. We would like to reassure you that there has never been any intention to encourage customers to use a particular payment method. These changes have been introduced to provide greater flexibility and improve the overall customer experience.
We have also tried to go above and beyond to support you. As you were unable to use your loyalty points, we provided vouchers as an alternative so that you would not lose out on their value.
We appreciate that change can take some getting used to, but we would kindly ask that you give the new options a try before making a final judgement. Without trying the updated process, it can be difficult to experience and understand the benefits and flexibility the new payment options are designed to provide.
If spreading the cost through monthly payments is important to you, Klarna may also be an option, should Clearpay or Shop Pay not meet your requirements.

Product was not of the standard I found acceptable. Charging point was out of line and difficult to accept the charge lead. Also when eventually the lead was got in only charged when the lead plug was wriggled about. Future charging became impossible so now the product is completely useless
