Do not go anywhere near this woman. Took money from me for an alteration that was so poor I had to get someone else to put it right at my own expense and she wouldn't refund. You could see how poor the alterations were but she couldn't see it or at least admit to it.
If you like to be talked down to and a poor service this is the place to go.
I wouldn’t recommend this woman. It’s took me 18 months to serve a County Court Judgement on her for taking my money for goods to be made which never materialised. Owed £802!
We asked the owner to take a look and fix a sewing machine that was badly jammed. I said I tried to fix it myself and made things worse and she still took the job on and said it would be £65 and take a week. After lots of chasing we finally had it back with a bill of £165 which i was not told of the increase. She blamed me for not knowing how to use a sewing machine and wrong fabrics were sewn. Very unprofessional shop and bad customer services.
