Terrible service. I’ve tried to go through their identity verification process three times and haven’t managed to get my identity validated. They treat you like an identity thief, and if you don’t do exactly what they ask, they just cut the call without any explanation.

They make you do absurd things like rotating the document left to right without it leaving the screen, covering your photo with a finger, moving it closer so they can see the card is plastic… and after wasting 10 minutes on this nonsense, if you don’t understand something, goodbye. Terrible service.

All my Accounts i have ever created have been running on my Email adress. With a new update it was suddenly secured by identify, now that my Email is "protected" by identify i cant get throu the security eventhough i can still remember my passwords. I follow every step by identify just to get denied in the last step. I lost every Account i have ever owned from minecraft and steam whem i was a child too my banking and study Apps i Use on a daily Basis today. Identif is the worst program that has ever interfired with my life i hate it.

The workers there are very unfriendly and close the connection randomly and pretending that they do not understand you.

This is a identify and trust verification service, which is been offer by the german government related company group Bundesdruckerei. But all the service members are situated in an east european country! They are speaking a german like 3 years study and badly to understood. At the end they interrupted the verification process, so you need try again, again and again! It's stupid money making service by making people crazy! Stop this!

Very unfriendly worker that was too lazy to do the verification. He made set my verification to "failed" and I could not do it again. Thanks for wasting my time. I tried to report the worker and called the number but nobody replied. The identity App & Team is just a big JOKE and timewasting. I rather go to do another verification for now, as I dont want to deal with them anymore.

One star only because there is no 0 star. DB and Flinkster will lose customers working with them. Rude person on the telephone, does not let you speak, closes conversation in the middle and deletes your account. Needed a Flinkster car, had all documents needed, tried twice. Never again!

They representative told me my "New Version of Indian Passport" is not "Supported". It's my passport and my tool to verify my identity. How on heaven are they going to verify my identity when their system doesn't supposedly "support" the only document that can verify it ??!! And the agent just hung up on me. No explanation or whatsoever. Terrible experience. Nobody should be hiring these guys. Period

Absolutely terrible experience. I tried signing up for Flinkster from Deutsche Bahn, though after the employee disconnected me several times I just gave up. I'm using Miles now, much more convenient sign-up process.

These people should not be employed in anything like that. Thet are rude, not helpful, they disconnecting while you talking. I tried 2 times, tbey want me to change my name even after showing them passport. It is impossible to change name and I wanted to ask how to do it. Twice tgey just disconnected before I finished my sentence and there was no queue at all. Lazy, unheloful, and should be fired.
