Great Service

Identity guard emailed me about a suspicious account After discussion we contacted the institution to report the fraud and Identity Guard walked me through all I would need to do to protect my identity and credit. This process was made easy by giving me step by step instructions on how to contact various institutions and law enforcement.

Definitely an amazing job

Definitely an amazing job! I felt like things were actually getting taken care of and I wasn’t stressed or anxiety ridden over the whole situation. When the call was over I felt the weight lift off my shoulders. All in all it was an excellent job!

AJ what is wonderful

AJ what is wonderful. He helped me contact the bank, he provided additional options to monitor my credit or lock it down and he was really patient explaining the process for everything.

Problem solved

Had a major security breach- Identity Guard made notification to me, I called and Wow do they understand customer service. My agent Tammy was nothing short of amazing. Contacted the company where the issue occurred, got fraud alerts placed and reviewed all 3 credit bureau reports with me to see if there were any issues. I am confident the issue was solved and I am fully protected.Awesome people who know their business and over deliver on customer service.

Amazing customer service!!

Jeff who helped me was very knowledgeable and professional. He walked me through the steps of handling the fraudulent credit inquiry someone made of me. He offered suggestions above and beyond contacting the Bank where the credit inquiry was made. I could not have navigated this on my own, and I cannot say enough good things about him.

Bibby was top notch!

Bibby was very helpful, answered questions and researched my issue the help alleviate concerns. She was on the three way call with me and the credit card issuer in questions. Top notch service!

Excellent Customer Service

Yesterday I had a not so great experience with their phone system so I sent them an email about it. Today I received a voicemail with a case number, once I called back I got right through and was connected with a customer service rep who was excellent, answered all of my questions, was extremely helpful, provided me with next steps for me to get more information on the alert to determine if it's legitimate or not and informed me of various actions I can do if I choose to do so to protect my identity further. The customer service rep also took my feedback on my not so great phone system experience, hopefully that will be used to improve that system. Today's call was excellent customer service and I can't wait to talk to you all again (although I hope I don't have to talk to you all)! Thank you!

Encountered difficulty receiving email…

Encountered difficulty receiving email in password reset case. Tech support suggested I look in 'spam' folder. Despite my representations that I didn't have one (on my mobile device) he persisted, convinced me to login directly into comcast wherein I found i did, indeed, have one. Great persistence without essentially calling me an idiot. Grateful for the service & professionalism.

Great assistance

We worked with Oliva to solve an identity issue and charge issue to our account. She was extremely helpful and worked with us to the point where she had to forward us to another department to continue to the assistance.

Bibi was VERY helpful and explained everything that would/should happen following my S.S. number breach. Very detailed, but made sure I understood everything that was explained to me, as well as ensuring all of my questions were answered to my satisfaction.
