On 8/16/2022 we were referred to a white-glove team member by the initial contact representative. He called us back within 2 hours, Jeff was extremely helpful, walking us through every step that we needed to take help investigate the high-risk monitoring alert. He performed a 'warm call' with the company where the alert originated. He stayed on the line with the fraud resolution rep as we explained our issue and added clarification questions to help us. The company committed to investigate and respond to us in 24-48 hours. Jeff also offered to be our personal rep with Identity Guard for the next 3 months as the issue is resolved.
As upsetting as an identity fraud attempt is, Jeff helped us feel confident we were in good hands and we will recommend your company to family and friends.

I am so impressed with Identity Guard, from the intake call with Lee, to Olivia in the White Glove Department staying on the phone with me and walking me through the whole process, to her follow up emails. Leon, was very knowledgeable. And helpful in resolving and totally investigating my Identity fraud incident. To the extent of getting the other company, Dell, on the phone line. At the end I was given 3 fraud report numbers, to report this to my local police department.

Charged my account twice after I canceled the membership via support ticket. Helga was absolutely unprofessional and had no consideration for the fact that I needed to cancel my membership and I really needed the money. After pleading with her for a refund she had zero consideration for my financial situation. 0/0 support, ill never work with this company again.

The agent I spoke with was quite helpful. I gave 4 stars overall since the day before Identity Guard offered a call back option and I indicated that I was not available form 3-5; with the return call coming at 2:57. There was no way it would take 3 minutes so I had to call back the next day and got this helpful agent. Wish their call back was better

Olivia was wonderful to work with. I had trouble hearing her at times. The phone system they are using should be louder. Oliva stayed on the phone with me until we talked with every credit card company. She's a keeper.

Last month I was a victim of credit fraud when my new US Bank credit card was taken and used to take out over 3,000 in cash. Since that time, there has been several credit inquiries in June 2022 that I did not authorize. I was helped by a few Identity Guard employees regarding these inquiries and was treated very well. The last employee took the time to call the company's of both inquiries just to verify that no new credit was obtained from these inquiries. Both employees that i dealt with on 7/7/22 and 7/8/22 were very helpful and polite.

Identity Guard immediately alerted me with a fraud alert that someone was opening a bank card with Wells Fargo in my name. I called a live person at IDG who put me in touch with an IDG agent Leon. Leon on a live 54 minute call helped me navigate thru 4 Wells Fargo fraud departments to stop this fraud.
