I can’t praise the customer service enough, due to COVID I had to get the date changed on my bridal charms. Natalie was so helpful and the communication was excellent, I was able to send back my original flip flops and they changed the charms for me all free of charge! Would definitely recommend - thank you so much 💖

Your sandles are absolutely beautiful. I also emailed you guys on when I would receive my beautiful sandles. and somebody called Ashley got straight back to me and answered what I needed to know. Which was very kind because some of them don't really get back to you when you are ordering on line. so thank you so much. I will be shopping with you more the end of this week.

She was absolutely fantastic! I messaged a question before purchase, she got back to me straight away and helped get the thing sizes I needed. She also showed me a pair that sells out so fast it wasn’t on the website yet, and they were absolutely gorgeous, so I managed to get them! Amazing service! I even ordered a third pair a few days later and she gave me a code to have them come together and not pay extra shipping fees!

Would highly recommend to anyone. Can’t wait for them to arrive and see how cute they look with our engraved messages.
