A very good experience, from inquiry to implementation, and an excellent finished product. These garden doors are well made, fit perfectly, and look extremely good.

This the third time that I've used IDSystems; either to supply and install a new glass roof, windows & doors for a side & back extension, or to upgrade existing ones. I was very pleased with all the interacterations I had with everyone right from the start, and throughout. The final result is amazing and I feel that I have real quality which will last over the years. I would recommend IDSystems to anyone, without reservation!

Wanted sliding doors with minimal sight lines and a window for a rear extension, looked at numerous products and then came across ID Systems particularly the EDGE 2.0 and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. From the initial discussions for a quotation right the way through to the installation it was seamless even with a couple of revisions. I didn’t use the site survey option purely for time as we were on a tight deadline, but the drawings I received from my own survey were good. Installation was bang on the 13 weeks quoted and I couldn’t fault the installation team. A great product and would recommend.

I bought a Glass Roof / Bi-Fold Doors about 3 years ago from IDS. Whilst the ordering process can be a fiddle, too many emails from sales people not quite sure about their own products & too much small print that seems to miss the obvious.
- Glass Roof / Bi-Fold Doors fitted 3yrs ago - the fitters were top notch, really know how to fit everything & how to overcome any glitches and generally nice blokes who couldn't do enough for the customer
- Bi-Fold opening door was at the wrong end. I considered vague misleading paperwork & in the end we came to an agreement for a reduced price they came back to fit at the right end - very satisfied
- Recently had a water leak in the roof after 3yrs & IDS sent around a great bloke who swiftly fixed the issue

Overall I am 110% pleased with my Glass Roof / Bi-Fold Doors after 3yrs and very satisfied with IDS as a company - who have great products & seem to care about installation and aftercare they provide for the customer...

Really pleased with the whole experience. We went to many companies asking for something that was a little outside the norm and I D Systems where the only ones who were prepared to go the extra mile and produce and deliver exactly what we asked for.
From our first engagement with Neil in sales, through to the subsequent communications, to the fitters Steve and Ben, and finally all the office staff who helped to ensure the customer came first, we felt very well looked after throughout.
The Edge sliding door and aluminium windows and gable look fantastic. We would whole heartedly recommend ID to anybody without hesitation.

Just had our vistaline slide and turn doors installed. From day one the experience has been that of professionalism, knowledge, quick response time and excellent communication. This company goes above and beyond all expectations. The service is impeccable and the quality of the workmanship and installation is A+. The two lovely gentlemen who installed the doors were punctual, professional, knowledgeable, approachable and incredible at their job. All rubbish was taken away, and any further information and documentation left. I would highly recommend IDSystems to anyone considering these doors. Can't wait for the years of pleasure they are going to give us.

We had a recent installation of EDGE2.0 sliding doors and windows by IDSystems.
We first met at the showroom where all the products were available and demonstrated to us by Neil Swatman. He was extremely helpful during the time we were trying to make our choices. We were looking for low profile windows and doors on one particular side of our house which was attracted us initially to IDSystems.
We eventually chose 4 windows and ultra slim line sliding doors for our new extension and another 8 windows and a rear door. They are all in aluminium anthracite grey. We are currently painting our house white so it is starting to look a stunning combination.
The installation was earlier than the expected schedule and went smoothly. The installation team kept us informed with their progress and were very hard working considering it was so hot. Post installation a couple of snags we had were dealt with very promptly.

The initial sales communication stood out above the other window companies we visited (we visited 3 in total) and was the main reason behind why we ultimately chose ID Systems.
We have been delighted with the product and service and would happily recommend them to anyone.

ID systems stepped in to put right and finish an installation bungled by another local contractor. They were professional throughout, identified the problems that needed fixing before installing a glazed roof onto our extension. The installation team were superb and the communication from the company throughout was excellent. Highly recommended ID Systems, wish we had gone with them in the first place.

I recently found myself in a very tricky situation, a friend who was dog sitting managed to mess up the lock on my Bifold door. The key was stuck in the lock and the doors were locked shut. I have no back entrance to my garden and I have a dog (wasn't stuck outside) and lots of plants in pots baking in the sun. I tried local locksmiths who wouldn't touch it and even a good local company who fitted similar doors recommended that I went back to the original installer from 15 years ago. I got in touch with IDSysystems and although they don't do an emergency service they were extremely good at communication and sorting out a date as soon as possible, I feel they went the extra mile with that. They are about an hours drive from me so not just down the road.
The two guys arrived on time and were absolutely brilliant. I really couldn't have wished for more, friendly and reassuring, and competent and thorough. It was quite a tricky job, requiring the glass to be taken out and so on and they were there for over 2 hours so not an easy solution.

It wasn't cheap but I could absolutely see why - and was actually pretty good value considering.

I’m so pleased with the fantastic service I received from ID Systems. I’ve recently replaced a sliding patio door and large window in a Grade 11 Listed property and their attention to detail with this project has been absolutely spot on.
My initial contact was with Keith Ingham who was extremely helpful, even emailing me back when he was on annual leave. Matt Copping came out and surveyed the site and did an absolutely amazing job with the design. The fitting team Steve, Ben and Lee were also superb. They were polite and respectful as well as hard working. Steve is obviously very experienced in his field and his attention to detail is second to none. He ensured that every speck of dust was swept up or hoovered. Any fingerprints were cleaned from the glass, the frames and surrounding paintwork and all rubbish was taken away. An all round amazing service and a very satisfied customer 😊

I've used IDSystems twice for bifold doors and the experience has been great both times. They are good at communication, kept to timelines and both doors were very professionally and neatly installed by their skilled staff

Great product and the installation process was pretty seamless and delivered as expected. The on-site installers were considerate, turned up on time and always tided up at the end of each day.

Had the Edge 2.0 super slim sliding system fitted recently. Great product and excellent customer service from the initial sales contact, quotation, pre fitment planning and installation.Cant speak highly enough of everyone invoved in the process. Had looked at several other companies but these came out way on top in terms of professionalism and customer care. No hesitation in recommending IDS based on our experience.

Superb product - Large Edge 20 windows look fantastic and just glide! Customer service pre and post installation exemplary answering any question quickly and helping us also to resolve a small issue with our new build warranty providers.
