$75 down. 3 months waiting, 4 chasing emails, 4 generic - 'your order is delayed from our suppliers' email replies and judging from the feedback below will neither get the DVD nor my money back. Wish I'd read the reviews on this website first as I'd have stayed well clear.

Ordered in June and am still waiting in September. Had two emails saying they were waiting for stock from their supplier. My order history has now disappeared from their new website and all my emails are ignored!

Buyer beware - do not buy here!

Ordered and heard nothing for 2 weeks. Sent emails chasing them and no response. Invoice had no mention of time lines involved. Invoice did say check your order status on the website - they haven't got that functionality on the website.

Raised a dispute on Paypal and all of a sudden get a response. Cowboys. Get the impression this is a fella in his bedroom operation. I'd say they are a Mickley Mouse organisiation but that's not fair on Mickey.

I ordered a CD in early June received nothing after a month I contacted them and was told that there was a delay because their supplier did not have stock (in spite of the fact that the website said it was in stock when I ordered). A month later I get an update that there is still a delay. Today I login to the website to contact them again and the website requests that I change my password to log on the "New" website (which looks identical to the old) and now my order list is empty! I have emailed the customer service but I am guessing I have lost my $20.

I was a long term customer and have never had problems in the past. I think they are going out of business and they are taking money for no deliveries. Don't buy here!!

Eventually found out what happened. This company went bankrupt and then reopened using the same name and website but refused to honour any of the orders that they had from before the "rebirth date" so I say again Do not buy from them they have a history of bad dealings and I'm sure they will do it again.

Product is not available. I received a massege that I should receive a refunde but dont receive any Money. No reaction on any email since one month.

Have not received my order and it is over two months. Sacd titles available freely but wow cannot deliver. No replies to queries. Looks like they are either a bogus company or in trouble. Will be pursuing paypal for refund.

I Saw the reviews on here after ordering from Wowhd.co.uk and was very worried, however these worries were unfounded as the Season I ordered arrived within the time scale , also there was no import duty or charges when it arrived, which I was unsure of when I ordered but looks like its all inclusive in the price .

I am sorry to everyone else they have let down recently but in my experience they have come through and thought it only fair to leave a review.

Just a quick update, made another order with them for supernatural season 10 and again arrived within the time scale .

Don't order here, they take your money in advance and not in the moment when the item is shipped. I had an order in May and wait now for the refund. Don't know if it's gonna happen.

I put in an order about a year ago & haven't received my order. I've contacted them several times, via their online form gwhich is the only way to contact them!) to query it but haven't heard anything back. Luckily I've only lost under €30 :-(

I recognize the troubles of other customers : poor service, no communication.
Moreover, since WOW HD changed its website (I'm a Belgian customer and have to use wowhd.nl), their prices have seriously gone up and are less competitive - they must have financial problems, being too cheap in the past.
The Dutch on their site is terrible, a poor translation of English sentences, you have to guess what is meant.
KEEP OFF if you don't want to be disappointed !!!

Took money, didn't deliver.

They stole my money, over 100 dollars - and now they can't be contacted anymore.

Similar story to recent reviews. Pre-ordered CD, money taken straight away but no sign of CD 3 weeks after release date. No replies to emails, website messages or twitter messages. Noticed that @WowHD_ UK have not tweeted since 10th August so wonder if they are going under? For those in a similar position I recommend you contact your card company and ask them to instigate a chargeback. You will get a refund (I think you will get it 30 days after the original payment was taken).

Like the other people posting on here have used Wowhd in the past and have been very happy. Now delivery delayed, then I tried to check order status, username and password not recognised. Reset Password got on my account and the order history showed no orders ever placed. Emailed customer services a number of times, no reply. Just rang American Express and they refunded my payment immediately. Beware everyone, money's hard enough to earn and you don't want to be giving it to these guys in return for no goods.

I completely agree with review by Carl in Grantham. Exactly the same thing has happened to me. I've been using this company for years, and apart from occasional delays due to stocking problems (but this would at least be communicated by email following an enquiry) they have always delivered. Something has gone seriously wrong - item ordered ages ago - not received, no replies whatsoever to any of my emails, entire order history (dating back years!) completely gone................oh dear.........!!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Thought I would weigh in here as everyone on the planet seems to be having problems with this 'used to be' great company. Like everyone else, ordered something ages ago that just kept being delayed again and again and again. The strange thing is, up until recently there was good customer service and I even had an item refunded which I foolishly took as part credit. I then ordered yet another item roughly three weeks ago and this is where things have gone absolutely pear shaped with this company. Item has never been received and like most other people, there is no history on the website of any order EVER!!! NO response to ANY emails and I even have their direct email address. Luckily I part paid with Paypal and after opening up a dispute with receiving no item, it has now been resolved in the space of a day. I'm not sure if I will get a full refund though as it was part credit?? But if that's the case, I've only lost out on £5. The problems with this company seem to have happened ever since they changed their website. I don't know if everyone has noticed, but everything for sale on there now is from the U.S with blu-rays/DVD's all region A/1. Either way its a disgrace that what was once a good, cheap company has ended up doing something like this by fobbing off loyal customers like myself with NO customer service whatsoever!!. Never EVER again will I purchase something from this company.

LIKE OTHER "MUGS" I ORDERED A CD FROM WOWHD. THEY TOOK MY MONEY BUT THEY HAVE NOT DELIVERED MY CD AND I HAVE SENT (SO FAR) 8 EMAILS TO THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT - NO REPLY, POSTED ON THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE - NO RESPONSE - SENT A PRIVATE MESSAGE ON FACEBOOK - NO RESPONSE. IN MY OPINION THESE PEOPLE ARE FACELESS CROOKS - NO TELEPHONE NUMBER TO RING JUST A EMAIL "SUPPORT" SERVICE THAT DOES NOTHING, THESE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN - SOMEONE TELL ME HOW AND I WILL HAPPILY DO IT.

rubbish - I ordered CD. Whilst I appreciate that CD was not in stock, when I tried to find status of my order my username/password was not recognised. Customer services have refused to acknowledge my emails to assist. Avoid this company

After a month of non delivery, several unanswered emails from me, and my initiating a PayPal dispute, I have received an update which is about waiting for the supplier to restock. Needless to say, their contact us icon still opens a bad URL.

My view of this company remains unchanged.

Ordered 2 cd's fro Wow HD way back early May. Stream of emails since stating on back order. Email saying one had been posted to me mid July - cd did not arrive! No response from support email.
Ordered 5 cd's from Amazon last week. Arrived 4 days later. Ordered another cd from Play. Arrived in 7 days. That's more like it.
How can Wow continue to trade and defraud customers with no intention of supplying goods? This company should have their website closed down.
