The only drawback was that it was a delay in drawing the money from the account via Klarna since they waited until the items were shipped. I would have preferred them to take the money right away so I would have kept track better, I thought it had already been paid. Otherwise perfect. I love the locks.

Was my first experience but am glad! The first time I had a wrong delivery option but one email and a quick response allowed me to place another order with the right option. The product was delivered in a reasonable time and got it in perfect condition, absolutely smooth experience!

My name on the order was mixed with someone else's name, so I could not get my delivery in time. No options for choosing different types of delivery, I could only receive it via courier at home (which is restricting my schedule). Also - i had to actively ask twice for receiving the insurance for the item I bought after an entire month after my purchase.
However, I also understand that the delays and mistakes must be related to the fact that I have ordered in December, right before Christmas.
