I want to share my experience with this prop trading company.
I successfully passed Phase 1 and moved to Phase 2. However, after that, my account was suddenly put on hold due to “technical issues.” It has now been over one month, and I still have not received access to my account or any clear resolution.
The support team keeps giving the same response about technical problems without providing a specific timeline or solution. This is very concerning, especially since I paid for a service that has not been properly delivered.
At this point, I feel like my time and money are not being respected. I expect either:
1. Immediate restoration of my account, or
2. A full refund
If this issue is not resolved soon, I will proceed with further actions, including a payment dispute.
I hope the company addresses this situation professionally and transparently.
