Disgusting ghost company

After purchasing a big order and receiving a Wok as defective with dents and scratches we contacted them for a refund.

We were told we were to receive a refund with no need of return, but unfortunately as weeks passed by we did not receive said refund; furthermore they started to ignore our emails and ghosting us for months.

Now we have no Wok as we disposed of it and gave it to another person and, of course, no refund, with the financial department not replying to a single of our emails whatsoever.
