Fully flexible and user friendly software
I am Khashayar Shahravan from KPI Automation company. We are engineering and turnkey solution provider in the industrial automation / electrification field. As a Schneider Electric System Integrator we decided to purchase SEE Electrical from IGE+XAO company in order to generate circuit diagram and other corresponding documents for different type of panels we manufacture. We just newly started to work with this software. At the moment we are satisfied with the software and services we got from IGE+XAO Company.

The best Electrical CAD software and…
The best Electrical CAD software and support that I have experienced!
The excellent SolidWorks Electrical was previously my software of choice, but SEE Electrical is even better.
The available software trial is for the Advanced version, which not ideal if you are looking to purchase another version, as many options are not available in the Standard and Basic versions.

Disappointing experience
The setup of SEE Electrical was not well explained. The files that were sent in order to prepare us for the training were incomplete. The training started wrong and continued this way. The trainer could not correctly install our environments and we had trouble all along. The trainer could not answer all our questions and looked like he only knew what was written in his training guide.
Parts that we were told were in the web library in fact were unavailable, the performance was not as described, etc.

SEE Electrical Expert and Training
We purchased SEE Electrical Expert and also some training on the software. The software is quite intuitive and customizable for specific applications. The training was very good. Our instructor, John Spathaky was very knowledgeable and patient. He got our team up and running in a short time.
