I have used Iglu a few times now and the staff are always helpful. Booking my most recent cruise was straight forward.

Our travel consultant was extremely efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. She emailed location of cabins, with suggestions of suitability for us, which was a great help. I was very happy with the booking procedure and am looking forward to our cruise next spring!

As always excellent, service and ease of booking

We have booked with Iglu Cruise company many times. We like to book by speaking to one of their agents and have found them to process things very efficiently and with politeness. Chris who we have spoken to recently was very efficient, knowledgeable and helpful and did not rush us considering it late in the evening and must have been the end of his working day. Great service.

What's gone wrong with this company, I've used them before but now they advertise a price so you build a quote then the price shoots up by nearly £2000, I think I'll start using another company, you ask for a email quote and they just phone you, one day they want £200 to fly from Manchester the next day £40 the 3rd day it's included in the price, I'm done.

She was incredibly patient in answering my many questions and took the time to make sure I fully understood the booking details and all associated costs. Very helpful, straight forward booking

I have been in a queue on the phone for 1 hour 25 minutes (from 17th in the queue to 1st - thought I’d nearly got through but was kept as number 1 for 42 minutes, then realised I only went down the queue as everyone before me must have ‘given up’ and rang off as I did in the end.
Went on live chat - after several attempts with a message saying you’ll hear back within the next 5-7 days, I actually got through to the live chat - which stated I’ll be connected with a staff member shortly - 35 minutes later still nothing.
Awful customer service - I was chuffed with my initial booking but obviously once they have your booking/money they could not careless.
Very disappointed - they would have got more bookings/money from me and friend if they had responded - gone elsewhere now, relieved it wasn’t an urgent need!
If they are short of staff employ more - if they can’t don’t take on more than is manageable!
I have wasted over 2 hours of my only day off work - fuming!

We have used Iglu Cruises several times previously. The experience today was excellent, but this was speaking with someone at Iglu, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. On a previous booking earlier this year, we booked online and this was a mistake. I would strongly recommend always speaking to one of their travel consultants
