Their customer service agents are consistently friendly, accommodating, and attentive to my personal preferences when arranging travel. For these reasons, I regularly recommend Iglu Cruise to my friends so they can enjoy a cruise holiday and book with confidence through them as well.

We have done over 30 cruises but this is the first time I have booked online- no waiting for phone to be answered, just quick easy, self explanatory, done in a few minutes, great!

We’ve booked all of our 5 cruises through Iglu. We find them helpful when looking for each trip. We will continue to use them. I wish they ran a loyalty scheme themselves as we like to try different cruise companies so don’t use the same ones each time thus unfortunately, we don’t benefit from any of the cruise lines schemes. Booking through Iglu every time should reward the purchaser.

I tried to book a cruise through their website, but I wasn't allowed to because I'm not a UK citizen and therefore I don't have a UK address (I can send their email regarding this). I always book cruises through other UK websites, which I won't mention, and I've never had this type of problem. Furthermore, their denial, besides being unfair, I believe is illegal, and I will therefore file a case with ABTA.

Booked river cruise (tui) from the start problems, iglu said they had booked seats and assistance but when checked with tui they hadn't been booked. Tui changed the itinerary and was given chance to cancel, however iglu had to do this in order to get refund. When I contacted customer service they said that they would be back 5 to 7 days, the cruise was in 4 days.
Automated customer service just kept asking same questions and couldn't progress.
Caused lots of stress which as yet hasn't been resolved.
My advice is don't book 3rd party

Have been with igloo many times and as always nothing was to much trouble.

I had a call back with Iglu in the morning which I went though all my requirements and was told that someone would get back to me, which never happened, it wasn’t until I called back on the afternoon that someone tried their hardest to find a cruise for me, it wasn’t the best experience I’ve had with Iglu cruises and was taken a back as they are usually prompt and professional
