I started the program earlier this year in 2026 and have received many follow up appointments or conversations with clients who are looking to sell in the next year or so. I have been happy with the feedback so far.

The systems in processes that they have set up are very good and the callers are very well spoken.

I never write bad reviews, but this one is necessary. I signed up with Ignite connections in November of 2025 and paid them $6,750 upfront. They guaranteed me 8 qualified "appointments" in a 6 month term. What I ended up getting was 2 phone numbers, one of which didn't even pick up after many attempts. It took 4 months alone just to get my first lead. This company will call and text you constantly to sell you, but once you pay them you won't hear a word. No follow ups, no updates, nothing. If you want to speak with them to see what's going on you have to schedule a call. Then they'll just give you the run around and blame it on the call list that they provided. At the end of the term, when I requested a refund it took them a month just to get back to me and tell me no because they didn't a high enough connection rate. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with a lead generating company. Stay far away from them

I've been very pleased with my experience working with Ignite. Within the first few months, I received a seller lead that will more than cover the cost of the service, which was a great surprise. What stood out most was how well-prepared and informed the seller was before our appointment. Ignite did an excellent job building rapport and setting expectations, which helped establish trust from the very beginning. By the time I met with the client, the foundation had already been laid for a productive conversation. I appreciate the professionalism of their team and the quality of the opportunities they've provided.

My experience working with Ignite Connections has been a good one. They have a nice portal in which to see what’s going on in your account at any time, and I can listen to all of the phone calls. The callers are very professional.

We paid $9,750 for a 6 month circle prospecting campaign with Ignite Connections. They guaranteed a minimum of 16 booked appointments or a double money back refund. They delivered 4. We generated $0 in revenue from this engagement.

When we raised the issue, we were set up on a call with a representative named Calum who verbally told us we would receive a refund. After that call, nothing happened. Every time we followed up we were told they would "ping management" and get back to us. This went on for months. When we became more persistent, they finally told us they would not be issuing a refund at all.

Their reason for denying the refund was that the campaign did not hit a 15% connection rate - a clause buried in the contract that they use to void the guarantee. Here is the problem with that: my team makes circle prospecting calls to the exact same neighborhoods every day using a verified local number. We consistently connect at close to 30%. I personally called their list and reached and had a 30% connection rate on the same day their campaign allegedly couldn't crack 1%.

When I raised this, they said the area was "not receptive." The area was plenty receptive to my team. Their numbers are almost certainly showing up as spam to carriers, which is entirely their responsibility to manage - and something their own employees are losing bonus income over.

They cycle through excuses: bad area, small sample size, seasonal trends, carrier filtering outside their control. None of it explains a 1% connection rate on a list that connects at 30%.

Look at the 1 star reviews here. You will see the same story repeated. The guarantee is how they get you to sign. The 15% connection rate clause is how they avoid paying it. Do not make the same mistake we did.

I signed a 6-month contract with Ignite Connections in February 2026 for real estate lead generation services. They guaranteed $4,450,000 in pipeline volume through daily cold calling. I paid $5,000 upfront across two installments.
After several months and over 7,000 calls made on my behalf, I received exactly ONE lead. Pipeline value in their own dashboard: $400k.
When I raised concerns in writing, they admitted their original contact list wasn't working and needed a full replacement something they called a "pivot plan." They also referenced a "ramp-up period" to justify the zero results, but when I pushed back, their own staff confirmed in writing that no ramp-up period exists anywhere in the contract.
I disputed the charges with my credit card company and blocked the final $2,500 payment given the lack of results. Shortly after, the calling activity on my campaign stopped entirely.
The contract has a performance guarantee and refund provision that sounds great on paper but it's loaded with fine print conditions that make it nearly impossible to collect on.
If you're a real estate agent considering this service, read the contract extremely carefully before signing anything, and think twice before handing over any money upfront.

They promised 8 appointment. Instead I got 0 appointments, 0 opportunities, 2 call-backs scheduled after spending $7,000.

Their response when I asked for a refund: After careful evaluation, our accounting department was unable to approve the refund, as the campaign’s overall connection rate did not exceed the required 15% threshold outlined in our DocuSign Agreement. Connection rates are calculated across the full campaign term, and all outlined criteria must be met for refund eligibility.

While we did make multiple outreach attempts, we were only able to connect with a limited number of prospects. To generate stronger conversion opportunities, additional dialing time is typically needed to allow for more answer rates and engagement.

I understand this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, and I genuinely want to ensure we move forward in a way that brings you meaningful results. With that in mind, We now have new tools and enhanced systems in place that can help us accelerate performance and improve connection quality.

We paid $6,750 for a service that guaranteed 8 appointments. Not only did we receive zero appointments, but the company also failed to honor its guarantee after the promised results were not delivered. We gave them every opportunity to fulfill their obligations, but they did not. Very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend their services. Update we are in Southern California! 30 m from Los Angeles. We had several conversation with your team not mentioning any names publicly they refused to honor the guarantee or at least refund us! If you wanted to contact us you certainly could....

Ignite delivered on their promises -- thousands of calls on my behalf resulting in real opportunities to meet with property owners genuinely interested in selling. Their callers do a great job engaging with the customer.

The company navigated all pivots with some contact issues that my specific area was presenting. Jenna took care of me with kindness and professionalism. Even with a few pivots, the company is delivering and I look forward to working with them in the further.

Ok I need to talk about Ignite Connections!! Been with them for 9 months now and the listing appointments have been incredible!! What I really love though is that you can listen to the actual calls they make... like you're not just handing over money and crossing your fingers, you can literally hear what's happening on the calls they make. Everything goes straight into my calendaer too which makes it even more simple. Honestly one of the best investments I've made in my business

I engaged ignite in response to a Facebook advertisement. There was an initial discovery call where they asked a bunch of questions and a second call with a higher level sales rep. Initial price tag was STEEP, like $10k, I said no way in hell. We agreed to a 6 month campaign where they would make 1000 calls each month to try to secure appointments for $4000. It's been five months and they've only secured ONE apointment that wasn't even a real opportunity. Absolute waste of money and a scam. In fact, when I first was logging into my dashboard, they weren't even calling in my state, but later said that was just a system glitch that showed me the wrong call list...sure guys. Paying for leads is trial and error with some losses...this one was a total loss. Not ONE penny back in ROI.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this company’s service and overall business model. The program is marketed as a “Paid 3-month promotion” where leads are supposedly being actively called on your behalf, yet there is no transparency, accountability, or measurable proof that these calls are even being made consistently.

What is most concerning is that while the company confidently sells this package, they openly admit they cannot guarantee any level of success or results. If there is no way to track performance, verify activity, or demonstrate effectiveness, then what exactly is the client paying for?
A business offering lead generation services should be able to provide clear communication, reporting, call metrics, or at the very least some evidence that real work is being done. Instead, the experience felt vague, scripted, and unsupported. I expected professionalism, transparency, and a process backed by actual results — not empty promises attached to a time commitment. Then when expressed my dissatisfaction all I got was excuse after excuse.

Where do I start. I am realtor in Southern California looking to outsource my cold calling. The company was professional to start out, sales team was knowledgeable, friendly and really convincing they would be able to produce real estate leads for me.

Ill cut to the meat of it. I paid $3500 for for 3 months and then the option of paying $3500 again for another 3 months with the guarantee of at least 6 million in pipeline leads (meaning approx 6 people with the intention of selling in the near future).

Now you would think that by the end of the 3 months, they would at least talk to one person, right? Well after 7,000 (yes 7,000), they produced 0 leads.

I read other reviews from people and thought, "well maybe those people didnt follow up, or maybe those people had a different situation". The fact is, they other people were right, they did produce any leads to even call! $3,500 down the drain!

PLEASE STAY AWAY. THEY PROMISE THE WORLD AND PRODUCE NOTHING.

Ariana was easy to talk with and wasn't pushy. I like the program and am hoping that based on the stats and what she shared I'll see leads that close. But the company was professional and delivered what they promised during the first 6 months.

A mentor of mine recommended Ignite after using them for over a year. I came in skeptical, but the call team won me over. The quality of the listing appointments I got were solid. And Ariana has been great to work with. The program has already paid for itself.

The agreement they agreed to included a 60-day trial period, which ends on 5/5/2026:

“$8,250 total for the entire term. $3,250 due upfront upon signing. $5,000 due after 60 days upon client confirmation.”

I received zero results in that that time so I offered them a chance to extend it without billing me the rest of the amount and they simply replied:

Hi David,
We do need to receive payment in order to continue work on behalf of our clients.
If you wish to opt out, please let me know now so I can remove your second payment from processing.

This was a waste of time and money

Shortly after, they sent over a “lead,” but when I called her at the scheduled appointment time the next day, she didn’t answer or respond to any of my messages. It honestly felt like a fake lead just to get me to extend the agreement.
