Lidt leverings mismatch, men super produkt!

Since Igourmet has replied in english I will do the same.

As states in my review it would be a review with a fully updated after receival of the order.

As i wrote I did Not receive any other information on thursday besides the order confirmation.

Have I received the info you have made i can guarantee i would not have creates a temporary review!

However the product waa received yesterday after GLS info monday and confirmation from you monday aswell.

The product is of a high quality and nothing to put a finger on there.

Besides that a extra gift of Safran was put in the package aswell. Thats good customer service and really appreciated!

All in all a more or less issue free order with a great result in the!

I will still state that the count down function regarding the delivery could be improved. And i fully understand the business logic regarding products should not be left in warehouses.

Your approach about replying and asking not to place order on your website again i dont understand. Its you as a company that choose to ask me for an review before you have sent the order. That could easily be changes!

I have updated to 5 star review since im all in all was very very pleases with the order!

Dear Nikolai, our e-mail have must of ended up in your Spam/Junk E-Mail folder, please be sure too look it up and let us know weather it has arrived. We really do and extra effort to be as quick as possible, and as helpfull and informative as possible. SOmetimes, it happens, not with our foult, that courier is late to pick up the orders, and in such cases, we cannot send them because they would catch up the weekend, and they would be spoiled and not usable. I am deeply sorry for the misunderstanding and for the future reference, we have now completely reorganized the delivery system for the fresh truffles, and from now on, we will be accumulating the orders throughout the week, and ship them only once a week to ensure that they are always delivered at the promised day.
