Valentines week.. I asked them to deliver every day to my girl. They failed to do so. Then I. Valentine’s Day, they didn’t even deliver the flowers, and then proceeded to refund me in igp credits. Like why would I want to use igp credits . Such a bad company.

This time I am disappointed with Bouquet, because in picture it's different and which I received it's completely different, the cake is also not delivered safely. It's bows are completely destroyed. For the first time I am very disappointed with whole IGP. Even I paid 2 times delivery charges with extra handling charges,but in future I will not order from IGP.

My husband sent flowers on line through igp from New jersey USA. He wanted to send me yesterday the eve of Valentine's day. I did not receive it. The portal showed it was delivered last evening at 9.15 pm but I did not receive it. As my husband lodged complaint the customer care said they would deliver it today but now it is 4,57 evening on 14th feb i haven't received till now.
What a sham and scam
They charged an arm and an leg for the flowers and gift items but never delivered.
I advise people not to trust this online delivery portal at all.

Such a horrible experience with IGP. I have ordered twice, and both times the experience was extremely bad.Its shown the item is delivered in app but they don’t even call to any of my number .Yesterday onwards I was contacting with the customer care and they are not giving any response .SUCH A FRAUD APP.They are not even refunding my money back!!Falsely claiming the order is delivered !!!!

Igp is a fraud company,my husband and son wanted to suprise me with my favourite cake which was ordered on igp,they neither delivered the cake nor ready to refund the amount as they claim that their delivery partner is delivered the parcel which we never received,i have never had this kind of experience from any app till now...please be cautious about the company they are only cheating people and making money

Such a horrible experience with IGP. I have ordered twice, and both times the experience was extremely bad. There is no return, exchange, or refund policy. They sent the wrong product and are only offering a 15% refund in the IGP wallet instead of providing a proper resolution.

Loved the hassle free experience in gifting flowers and cakes to my loved ones on their special day. The flowers were fresh and so was the cake. Just as shown in the picture, the cakes are a speciality of IGP I believe. The best part is the punctuality and minimal calling.

Horrible experience, we paid extra for timely delivery
.. after multiple follow ups finally the cake was delivered with 2 hrs delay and it had a cockroach in it. When we approached them for refund they were ready to give 50% only and after that no response from team. I am speechless for such a service by company.

The issue was raised to your Pune office.Ms Twinkle attended my text communication. She only placed apologies instead of solving the issue by delivering the replacement bouquet.Thr ordered bouquet was very costly. The interflora run by Ms LunkadJoshi is not very keen with the feelings, sentiments of the customer.Heor She may be sender or recever.Its a very sad experience by a so called reputed company interflora. I am putting my unpleasant experience on social media platforms.

I had a terrible experience with IGP.com. I ordered a baby blues newborn hamper from the website for a baby boy. They delivered the wrong item. It was pink in color and different, lower priced than what was ordered. Customer service refused to provide 100% refund even though they acknowledged the mistake. This is cheating customers. Please refrain from using this fraudulent website for gifting.

Delivered a very very poor quality bouqet as compared to what was shown in photo. The number of lilies sent was 2 compared to 5 shown in photo and number of roses was 3 compared to 5 in photo. The flowers were old and wilted. Delivery agent took the flowers back promising to bring a new bouquet within one hour. He never came back and marked the order as 'delivered' in order status. Customer service is the most pathetic that you will come across. You cannot talk to anyone over phone and they do not respond to calls, messages or emails. It's my first and last order from them.

I had ordered for two items today but they delivered only one item and for the other instead of repeated messages they simply closed the complaint and said the product has been delivered and we will check and mail and revert.

I am using IGPORTAL from few years now and I must say they are quick and efficient to deliver .
I hafve also come across when they dont have stock and refund process os smooth and reliable.
Today we got a frame customised delivered and it is done so nicely and in 6 hours of placing an order
