My first time ordering from iherb was frustrating, and i will not be ordering from them again. The delivery date came and went, with no package delivered, even though their shipping company they used, Lasership, said it was delivered on the delivery date in a tracking email. Lasership gave no proof of delivery - no photo, etc. Both Iherb and Lasership do not have customer service phone numbers so I could not speak to anyone. Iherb has a chat box but nowhere to type any communication with them. Iherb had a page explaining generally what to do if your order didnt arrive, it had ridiculous suggestions on the list such as wait two days because sometimes the carrier will say its delivered when it not! Reviews of iherb are supposedly good, but many commented they give incentives to leave good reviews. Lasership has terrible reviews, with many saying they never received their merchandise and there was no way to communicate with them, and said it was the worst shipping company they ever dealt with. So I have filed a dispute with my bank. Iherb needs to use a different shipping company for one thing. And they need a phone number to communicate with customers. This was very disappointing and frustrating.

On time (and free!) shipping, functional/user friendly website, iHerb had what I use in stock (even Swanson brands), and great selection of products from companies I trust. Haven’t used them consistently in the past; I will now. Only drawback is sales/promotions could be better. Otherwise, great company!

Appalling lack of customer service - there is no way to get hold of a live person, no email address and no phone number for a live person. The delivery service they chose for the IK is Evri and notoriously unreliable - the drivers lie about their efforts to deliver - I’ve literally been home all day and they claimed to have come and found nobody home to accept the parcel

Very poor performance from this company…after receiving my package in NZ, I opened the box to find the Collagen product ordered had a big split in the bag and had filled the box with powder…clearly I was not going to use what could be a contaminated product…I immediately contacted the company and had to deal with an AI robot which was less than ideal…I uploaded a photo of the damaged product and it stated I would hear from them within 48 hours…this they did not follow through on and it took 3 days to hear back that they had rejected refunding me on the product….i was told via email to consider a claim further they would need me to return this product back to them in America from NZ at my cost…I cannot believe in this day and age a company could be so narrow minded…hence why I will never buy another product from them

I placed an order with IHerb last week and because there was a city slurry project going on the day of delivery, I called ahead to tell their delivery company that they could not deliver until 4:30 pm. They ignored this and proceeded to tell me they were "missing information". So much for an AI assistant. I finally received my order today, when it should have been delivered sooner. They were not missing information -- it was to the same address.

The shipping this time is taking longer than normal.
In the past my items came within 3 days.
I am still waiting for my delivery and the delivery service still hasn’t made a label!

Many years ago when I started using iherb it was an excellent service. They used to be very efficient. Now they have AI bots instead of people. Couriers don't show up and when you contact iherb to say your parcel went astray the AI bot responds that the courier company has delivered your order. There does not seem to be any way to address the issue. This issue gets worse as more and more companies replace humans with AI.

On my tablet the 360 doesnt seem to work. I need to see the entire product to check for kosher certification and to makes sure product is not dairy. Otherwise love your site.

I tried to buy a product and was never able to pay for it. The app kept saying there was no delivery service in my area, even though I've bought from them repeatedly. This really annoyed me to the point that I don't want to buy from them again. I hope they fix their app.

My experience with iherb is terrible they shipped me wrong product and I can't even talk to anyone from iherb, you can only talk to a dumb chatbot. It is very frustrating, Iherb has the worst customer service ever. I will never order anything from Iherb. My order number is 944955255.
