The products I ordered are exactly what was expected and they arrived on time. The thing I don't agree with is that the company was offering a 15% Father's Day sale price, but the products weren't allowed to receive this. I looked at the company exclusion for sales, and I didn't see the company listed on it! This should be remedied immediately!

This is my second purchase from this website, and unfortunately it will probably be my last. My order was sent faulty, and there is no effective customer support available. The chat system only provides automated replies, making it impossible to get real assistance.
Due to these problems, I have serious concerns about the authenticity of the products I received. A company selling supplements should provide accessible customer service and take responsibility when mistakes happen. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this website.

I've been a customer of Iherb for years and they have NEVER applied ANY of my reward points for orders to my account! NOT ONCE! There is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY to email or contact a person to get anything resolved either and it seems that's how they like it too!! THIS IS BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE and this BS is NOT customer service, it's CUSTOMER OFFENSE and INJUSTICE!!!!!! THEY ARE A MONOPOLY NOW AND MUST BE BROKEN!!!!

My account was deactivated because I placed too many orders, which I can understand.
Then I contacted support and was asked to provide an authorization code, which I did. However, since then, I haven't received any response despite several follow-up messages.

Applied for a refund on an unused prduct due to a very recent medical issue.
Approval was granted in less than a minute and the refund issued immediately. As a bonus I was not required to post the item back to the US.
Absolutely brilliant customer service. Highly recommend this company 👍👍

Order booking system seems kaput and no easy way to complain - big disappointment after many years of patronage.
Thank you iHerb for response - I have used two registered addresses on my account without any problems for many years,
On 14th June placed order 890636636 to Heydon St address and then submitted order 890637304 making sure to stipulate postal address as the PO Box.
I then submitted a further order 890637366, once again ensuring I stipulated PO Box as address.
All three order were delivered to Heydon St address which represents great inconvenience.
The system seemed fixed on the Heydon St address and would not allow selection of alternate PO Box address.
To recap, submitted order 890636636 to Heydon St, then order 890636896 to PO Box address which I then cancelled as it seemed to indicate delivery would be made to Heydon St. I once again sent an order to PO Box (Order 890637304) making sure the address was marked as PO Box - I noted the order Invoice marked address as Heydon St but could only assume the PO Box address which was stipulated in order would be followed. Similarly, another parcel of products (Order 890637366) was addressed to PO Box but again invoice was addressed to Heydon St and I again had to assume the stipulated PO Box address would be used.
As mentioned all 3 orders were delivered to Heydon St. I cannot understand how or why the stipulated PO Box address was countermanded in the last two deliveries. Thank you for your attention.

This is a transition to a new co. for me. I found most of the supplements I use there. Disappointed in myself that I didn't hit the correct button to get the 20% off first order. Sigh. My order was delivered within days. Overall, pretty good.

If you reorder the same product you like, iHerb may decide you are no longer allowed to buy it.
Five of my orders were cancelled in a row. After a long back and forth, what I finally extracted is that I supposedly violate the platform’s rules. The basis: from January to June I bought six tubs of the same product, never more than one per order. Their math is poor, because one tub holds 30 servings and my family goes through one in no more than about ten days.
The explanations were a mess. Every agent said something different: a brand limit, then a rules violation, then an account review, with no details and no specifics. One agent assured me it was all resolved, then the cancellations started again.
Beyond this, the service has declined across the board. Products increasingly arrive close to expiry. The choice of couriers has gotten worse. I live in a hot region and items often arrive melted, glass bottles arrive broken, and they have stopped using the inflated protective packaging they used to include.
And now this on top of it: baseless, arbitrary, openly insulting treatment of a customer, and an abuse of their position.

If I could rate below one I’d give it a minus 100. I received the wrong order—a box full of other items. The only way to contact customer service is through their completely unhelpful and frustrating chat box. I really needed the order, which took a long time to compile. I’m on day 3 of waiting for an email from them, after having to send photos of their shipping label and box contents. In the meantime I have to store the large box of wrong items sent till they get around to giving me a return label and corrected order, if chat box / A.I. manages to understand what I’m asking for. To complicate matters further part of original order was back ordered, I’ve asked to cancel that, but since it’s the same order # who knows if they will understand exactly what’s going on. Also weighing whether or not to order what I need elsewhere but until I get some sense of what they intend to do, I’m in limbo. Sadly iHerb company purchased Vitacost, which was great to deal with.

I truly appreciate your company and the way you value your customers. However, I would love to see an option where customers can submit product suggestions and request items they would like iHerb to carry in the future. I think it would be a great way to better meet customers’ needs.
I would also like to mention another concern. During the summer, some deliveries arrive very hot due to the weather, which is quite disappointing, as many health and beauty products should not be exposed to high temperatures. I hope additional measures can be taken to keep these prod
ucts at a suitable temperature during transportation. Thank you for your continued efforts and excellent service.
