NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Rubbish quality products. Rubbish company.
Basically they give 1 email address as contact information. Absolutely NOTHING ELSE!
I've been trying to contact them for nearly a month via their email AND their website contact form!
They are COMPLETELY IGNORING my request for warranty assistance!
Even though they quoted " WE PROMISE TO GIVE OUR CLIENTS A SMOOTH EXPERIENCE AND TAKE RESPONSIBILITY DURING THE WHOLE PROCESS ". What are the on about the provide no smooth experience whatsoever it's nonexistent and taking responsibility, well that's a laugh, they cannot even be bother to reply!?!
Absolutely DISGUSTING and useless customer and company and products.
Do your self a favour ! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING Ijoy MADE . If anything goes wrong your stuffed and left on your own with a broken device !!
Oh and the product I'm on about is a full kit ! Not some cr"*py disposable! And it lasted JUST 40 DAYS !?
