I purchased a used Tonex pedal from Reberb.com It arrived with absolutely nothing but the pedal. I contacted IK and sent them proof of payment and my receipt and BOOM! They got back to me the NEXT DAY with a new serial number and everything I needed to start up. All the included software is an amazing deal. What a great product and company. Highly recommend.

I bought a B-Stock discounted pair of iLoud MM speakers from IK's Reverb shop. They didn't work properly. They quickly responded to help me determine there was in fact an issue, and then sent me a replacement pair after I shipped the faulty ones back to them at their expense. There's a safety net in place here that you can trust.

My second purchase was just as bad as my first purchase of iK products. Trying to register the product 7 years ago was a nightmare and could never use the license. $149.00 down the drain. I just got the ARC Studio and can't register it. The login page tells me my user name is no valid, so they sent me temporary login characters to use, but BLEEP, no good. At least this time I can send the item back and get a full refund. But I gave the 24 hours to call me directly. That gives them about 21 hour left. But I knew I shouldn't buy one of their products, so my big mistake.
Nightmare trying to get the approved charger for irig stream pro. I’ve spent two days trying to get the correct charger.
I’ve entered IK PSU 5300 (iRig PSU 3A) and combinations of - on multiple sites that state they are dealers.
I tried their own site but got an error message when trying to add to cart. I reached out via Facebook on Messenger they said they could add it to their cart (maybe site I used it’s not uk friendly? For example price was in euros)
I tried to find their customer service and went around in circles on a faq thing that didn’t have the correct choices.
I tried all the major stores they linked on main site including Apple, curry’s etc.
so in desperation I bought an alternative from Amazon and a friend tested it on their device (same model) as predicted it was rubbish and came in parts, and made a lot interference.
Please can tell me what to do!? I hate the site it’s so complex to join that even takes you around in circles. I tried this on 2 devices and 2 browsers. I have ADHD and Autism and no emotional regulation I thought it was me until I got three friends to help me and they faced the same issues.

After many years of using another platform (Amplitude 5 MAX v2) for instrument tones, I needed to move on. I'm an old dog needing to learn new tricks. IK Multimedia was absolutely the right choice. I did need some technical support for things that might have been routine for younger, tech-savvy players, but IKM tech support was patient and, of course, informative. Thank you!
I am very satisfied with the support and the product as well. The product was delivered without a serial card number. I just needed to upload photos of the product and the sales receipt and the support sorted it out. Very good job!

This was my first time purchasing IK products. I bought a bundle but didn’t install it correctly and mistakenly thought I needed to purchase an additional plug-in separately. Thankfully, a kind support rep helped process a refund for the extra plug-in due to the mix-up.
One suggestion: if a product is already included in a user’s bundle or profile, it would be helpful if the corresponding plug-in pages clearly marked it as “purchased” to prevent confusion for both customers and the IK support team.

Spent £2k on the pair- while the sound is quite detailed and the bass line powerful (muddy a tad though) , this kind of faults are unacceptable at this level. Not after a year anyway!
Never used them on maximum load, not even close.
Sent it back for repairs...

Yeah, so I was locked out of my account and these guys flew into action quicker than a comic book. They had my purchases restored in no time flat....now I wonder what is taking toontrack so long to restore my purchase as well.....they probably aren't getting the same review....going on two days and no answer as of yet.....
