The customer service agent Joby was incredibly helpful at expediting my order. She personally monitored the whole process and kept me informed of progress, checking that I was happy. Make sure you hang on to her, such great care is rare these days.

Excellent customer service. There was a small delay with the order and Joby ensured that I had regular updates on when the mirrors would arrive.

First of all, the mirror is absolutely amazing!! Very good quality with great customer service! An assistant named “Joby Aguilara” made my experience wonderful with speeding shipping times and for giving courtesy to make sure I was happy with the mirror that I arrived.
Overall defiently recommend these guys!

Lovely mirror. Delivery was slightly delayed but was kept updated and looked after by friendly and diligent customer service agent Joby.

Found the perfect mirror after struggling for ages on other sites. Ordered but was then informed that there was a slight delay of 1 week. I spoke with Joby via the Live chat and email to confirm the despatch date two days prior. Joby was extremely helpful with ensuring despatch on the day and following up with tracking details (even though I'd received them from DX). Joby then confirmed the delivery window on the actual delivery day. This is an example of exemplary Customer Service, just how it should be. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Illuminated Mirrors. First class all round!

Avoid!!! After purchasing the mirror last August and having it fitted end of September it started deteriorate within few months. Every corner of the mirror developed a stain on it and the bottom strip came away ( it actually fell down completely since taking the photos). I tried contacting customer service and asked for replacement as promised in the 10 year warranty. Yet I was met with constant emails with the delayed deliveries. In the end, I was told I would have a refund, and of course, I was told it's been delayed as well!!! Do NOT recommend.

Illuminated mirrors had the product that seemed to meet our needs exactly. The ordering process was simple and a dispatch date was given.

There was a small, inconsequential, delay and the communications around that could not have been better. I received both emails and a lovely phone call to keep me up to date.

I was truly made to feel like a valued customer. I have to mention Joby who took exceptional care of me and was a delight to work with throughout.

The mirror arrived safely today and looks magnificent. I can’t test it fully until until it is installed, but based on my experience to date, I don’t expect any problems.

I have no hesitation in recommending Illuminated Mirrors.

I am giving 4 star only because since placing order I didn’t get any update until I chased it myself after almost 2 weeks. The email address that was provided on the order confirmation unfortunately bounced back. Finally I managed to chat with Joby who reassured me and made the process very swift thereafter. Joby ensured the order was delivered and kept me updated very closely. Fantastic customer service when managed to get in touch. Thank you Joby 😊
The product itself, I love it although I am yet to hang this on my bathroom wall but looks amazing!

I needed a replacement door for a Brutas mirror cabinet I had previously purchased from BMC as I had managed to crack a mirror...don't ask how!

Joby dealt with my request efficiently & professionally....I had a new door within 48 hours and Joby even kept me up to date with the delivery.

Not often you get such good service.

Firstly... fantastic mirror. Have owned for 4 years.. unfortunately LEDs have failed. But have been able to source replacement from Illuminated Mirrors & I have to say @Alelei - your customer service is FIRST CLASS! A credit to Illuminated Mirrors. Thank you

I had an appliance fault that damaged the shaver socket transformer on my bathroom cabinet. I explained my situation to Joby in their customer service team and after a couple of emails to identify the exact part I needed, Joby liaised with engineers to source a replacement and arrange delivery at a very fair price. My cabinet is now fully working again.
